She smiled at me and kept stocking without bothering to ask if I needed help. I saw a guy helping another lady and decided to ask him a quick question. He was very informative and pleasant. I told him I would need more help when he was finished with her and he said he would be right over. After some time, I wandered over and saw him helping a different woman. I stood there for a bit but he didn't bother to address me and I didn't feel like dealing with it, so I put the product on the shelf and left. I would have given a 5 star rating last year at this time. The service was excellent then.

Additionally the wig selection was superb! I definitely peeped some items for myself! Pricing was a little hiked in comparison to what I have seen in other places for similar styles on the wigs. Also the wig area is on upper level so not sure if there is elevator access. However, this is a massive supply store so likely to find what you're looking for.
