On my way there I did notice that there were a lot of staff on hand so if you need recommendations, it seems like they're well staffed and equipped to answer your questions. I was trying really hard not to spend any more money here but alas, all the cute and tiny samplers in the checkout line wore me down. I wound up picking up a set of press on nails from Glamnetic. I have tried the stick on ones that you can file away to fit your nail shape but these ones are kind of like acrylic ones that hold shape. The box says it comes with 30 nails so fingers crossed, I'll be able to find ones that fit me. Excited to try these out! They had a few birthday gift choices that were displayed in a case at checkout. The cashier let me know they were out of stock of one of them. There was a perfume set, a hair set from Ouai, and a skin care set from Glow Recipe. I chose the latter which came with a pore toner and what I think is a serum - I can't really tell lol. They were also out of small bags that day so I had to carry out my purchase but I did have my receipt emailed to me so no biggie.

Aliya is a great associate here.Shes always offering help never makes a face or skimps up on giving a sample-keep up the great work and I'm never going to any other Sephora.Of course we can't compare this location to Square one which is crazy busy hence the service quality there is much different because of their volume. It is located very centrally in Milton by Longos and there is tons of parking. I've made a couple of complaints to the managers at this location, but I don't have the time anymore...you guys need to get it right. Rude, ignorant, negative attitude, bad vibes (no body for time for that) Also, employees are Not helpful and do not know much about their products. They're usually talking to another colleague so they become less approachable, and when they are with you they're not helpful.

Parking was easy. The place was clean. A nice selection of nibblers if you're hungry. I was nicely greeted when I arrived, shown to the waiting area and offered a beverage. I didn't use the bathroom or change room so I can't comment on those. I had an RMT massage and it was very good; she worked on the areas that needed it most and had good pressure. I was concerned when we started the appointment late but she massaged for the full time I paid for, which is a contributing factor to me becoming a return customer! I will be back (in fact I already booked my next appointment!)
