Me at the wedding, in pink. Clear arms, full heart, can't lose.

Need to do a major shout out to Amber, the esthetician, and Kayla, the MUA. I came in literally in tears a couple of days before a wedding, worried that I would be the blotchy bridesmaid ruining all the pictures. Amber and Kayla stayed calm and guided me through a billion product recommendations like a skincare SWAT Team. It was incredible. I didn't ruin the wedding and my skin is definitely on the way to looking incredible. Thank you so much ladies!!

I'm pretty surprised at the low star rating for this location. Nonetheless, I had a great experience and found the workers to be very helpful and friendly. I'm visiting the area from out of state and my skincare products were tragically damaged from my trip so I needed my products ASAP! The workers made sure to check to see if they had the products I needed (Laneige) and I was surprised to see their wide selection of products. I feel like other locations are hit or miss in carrying the Laneige line but this one had it all! They offered to give me samples (to last me for my weekend visit) which was very kind of them. I opted to just buy the full products since I needed to restock anyways. Thanks soo much to all the lovely ladies that helped me out. From when I first walked in, to when I checked out and exited, you guys made it a very personable and great experience.

I adore stand-alone, brick and mortar Sephoras. I feel like a kid in a candy store whenever I visit. There's no shortage of makeup, perfume, face, or hair products to try. Each time you visit you are allowed up to three samples. I've been here several times and the staff are typically polite and friendly. Some are hit or miss as far as their ability to match shades are concerned, but that's okay. Last time I visited I had a great visit. The makeup artist recommended I step outside with a mirror she supplied to check my foundation against my skin. Had I not done that I wouldn't have realized I was wearing the wrong shade! Cray! I also love the Sephora brand. So many affordable essentials from tools to makeup. They have the best travel size makeup items in the aisle as you wait to be checked out. My fav part of shopping at Sephora, in addition to the amazing selection, is the VIP beauty awards. You earn points for each dollar you spend and the points accumulate. When you reach certain thresholds you can redeem them for 100, 300, or 500 point rewards. And, you get a cute lil bday gift. Sephora = awesome.

Sephora is one of my mother ships, so when I needed to make a stop nearby, I of course, went here first, as sampling a new brow product superseded my need to have a wonky laptop checked out. I walked in and was almost immediately greeted by a friendly staffer, who offered me assistance, perfect! I just really wanted to sample the Kevyn Aucoin brow pencil, so I just beelined in that direction, and was disappointed that two samplers of the brunette colors were out completely. I went to find the friendly face that greeted me, but encountered two other staffers who just stared at me. Hmm... This immediately struck me as one of those dichotomous locations where some staff are friendly and others are wrapped up in their own conversations. Not the worst, not the best Sephora either. Batting .500 is great for a fantasy team, not the best for a Sephora though So the store is nicely organized, and offers a nice selection, but based on my first visit, I would come here again, but not with high expectations. Still a nice place to sample products, and I overheard a makeover at the studio, and the artist at the station was awesome. I still love this brand and will give it another shot. The beauty insider program has nice perks, so if you're not already a member and come here a lot, definitely recommended. Mini makeovers/ lessons are free with a appt.( TY Sephora!), more in depth makeovers with purchase requirement.

Joanna you are a freaking makeup Goddess! I urged a friend to convert from MAC just once to have out makeup done for the Margarita Ball and this was the closest one to her. I deducted a star because the girl doing my friends makeup was not listening to her at all- we wanted full coverage, hard core drag dramatic make up, we even brought pictures. We had to have a coming to Jesus with her. With that said- my girl, Joanna was amazing. She's super adorable and really knows her makeup. I don't wear a lot of it, but I ended up buying almost everything she used on me. She educated me while she was doing my make up, explaining all the techniques and why she was doing it. Definitely request her, weather you want natural or drag. I really love the selection here. I shift back and forth from MAC only because MAC doesnt have glittery shadows. On my last visit I fell for the Kat Von D line- mega full coverage and super sparkling shadows.

Everything from start to finish is a curated and intentional experience designed to truly relax and comfort you. Everyone I have interacted with thus far is so professional, kind and gentle. Angela is an incredible masseuse. She is sincere, knowledgeable, skilled and makes an effort to remember you. I've done one body dry brush and massage treatment and one 50 minute Swedish massage and both were lovely. The 2 hour treatment obviously takes the cake but the massage is so targeted and thorough. Angela is actively helping me learn to be more in tune with my body and where it holds tension and that is a huge development for me. The signature oil diffuser they have out at this location is delicious and immediately bathes you in calm when you enter. The front desk is always informational, helpful and prompt. The changing room, restroom, shower, lockers, and quiet room are in perfect condition and constantly being cleaned up and restocked. There are plenty amenities and products available for use in the changing room and a few snacks, a magazine, and cold water in the quiet room. You are treated with a tea or other beverage (never paid attention because I'm all for the tea but maybe a wine or a sparkling wine?) before and after your service. You receive 15% off your next session if you book again while checking out. There are seasonal specials and packages if you want to opt for more than one service as well. Oh, did I mention the massage beds are heated and they provide you a warm, weighted neck/shoulder wrap after your service? They've truly thought of everything. As someone who works in client experience herself, Woodhouse on River Run is the real deal.

The changing rooms were very clean and nicely stocked with everything you need. The entire spa had a beautiful ambience and I felt very relaxed. My skin looks great and I feel so relaxed. I'll be back again soon!

The nurse asked what other medications I recently had and I told her I had a Physer covid booster 2 days prior. She quickly got an antidote to neutralize the reaction. She was apologetic for someone not telling me to avoid certain medications before getting Juvederm injections. She treated me very well, apologized and gave me ice pads for my face. And I felt it was my fault for getting the covid booster before the Juviderm. When I got home and looked in the mirror, I was very surprised. It was very ugly. It was surly a bad reaction. I texted the spa and told them that my face was very ugly. Now, fast forward to present day: I made the appointment on November 19th. Then I received a call from a woman who said that I could not return to the spa at all for anything because of the way I acted after the Juvederm reaction 2 years ago. She continued to accuse me of many things. She told me that, at that time, she tried to call me back to the spa, and I wouldn't come. (I don't remember this) She said, that I told her to stop harassing me. I believe this as a lie. I would never say that because she was nice to me at the time. I remember the nurse was not mad at me 2 years ago, nor was I mad at her or upset at anyone. It was a continual verbal abuse on the phone and a very big surprise. I don't know why she would make these accusations at this time. Possible she thought that the same Juvederm reaction would take place if I had it done, and it would embarrass her or the spa?? Or, she didn't like me texting the spa to tell how I saw my face? I don't know. My wife and I spent well over $45,000 on plastic surgery and some on Juvederm from Doctor Anderson during the last 20 years and everything was great with high quality, perfect surgeries. Why am I treated this way now? This above is the absolute truth. I am a Christian and it would be very difficult for me to lie.

I don't know what changed, but having Providers that are not dedicated to their patients and their needs... and are not even motivated in the slightest, is not how you retain patients. I was behind on my annual skin checks since 2020/Covid, so I scheduled an appointment and had multiple phone calls with the front desk to confirm that they had my current insurance. I ended up having to reschedule that initial appointment by about a month and I got a confirmation email of the new appointment time and thought I was good to go. In the meantime, I continued to get text messages about the first appointment that I had already rescheduled. When I showed up on the day of my rescheduled appointment (with my confirmation email in hand) they said they couldn't find me anywhere on the schedule. After searching and searching under different names, DOBs, and phone numbers they finally found my account but there no appointment. My skin check takes literally five minutes, so they agreed to work me in but then informed me that I had paperwork to fill out and a $35 balance for my "no-show" appointment. There was NO no-show appointment, it was rescheduled to the day I showed up! The front desk person told me I had to call the billing department - which is in another city - and handle it with them before they would see me. I called the number sitting there in the waiting room and was on hold - there was no one available to take my call, of course. There are many, many fine dermatologists in the city and I will be finding one that treats their patients better. It's unfortunate, because I like the provider I've seen for so long. I understand there can be kinks when changing practices and software but blaming the client for the practice's oversights is not right.
