I had a great make up artist I don't remember her name. She was a trainer & traveled to different Mac stores. I spent $215 - 1 studio fix powder plus foundation, 1 locked kiss ink 24 HR lip & 1 radiance skin tint stick , Duo First + Final Layer Fix+ Setting Spray-I did receive a free make bag with 2 mini & I was supposed to get hand painted Martini glass. But they said to come back in 15 minutes. I came back to wait. There were other ladies waiteing with me. Then one girls decided to ask our names put on waitlist I asked how much longer cuz I left 15 minutes and came back. Still waiting another 20 minutes but I gotta go and I know it takes time to paint it then wait to dry. I told her it's ok I can't wait longer for it . I have others I gotta do my time is limited. Next time maybe try paint these ahead few ahead of time. So I didn't get my hand painted martini glass. Unless they paint it and save it for me to pick up another day would been a better than waited another 30 minutes

Right away I got stuck with an employee with bright blue hair who acted like I was wasting her time. I asked a couple simple questions about what would be good for a beginner and she rolled her eyes, gave me one-word answers, and made me feel stupid for not knowing the products. I asked if she could show me where the makeup sets were and she just pointed across the store and went back to talking to her coworker. Waited at the register for almost 10 minutes while 2 employees were just standing there chatting and ignoring me. No apology, no "thanks for coming in," nothing. I get that I wasn't their typical customer, but I was trying to spend money there. If you don't want guys coming in to buy gifts for their girlfriends, just say that. Won't be back. Ordered the same thing on Amazon for cheaper anyway. Customer service is a joke.

(My mistake) but the cashier did!!!! She had to lift the bottles each one to scan it. You can totally tell then. (My son carried the bottles to the cashier I was there just to pay) NOTE: my kid is special needs and couldn't tell the difference And of course i didn't noticed until the next day today now that I am actually doing his hair. Well I told her I dyed my hair with a bleach box and then waited two days later to dye my hair and I was a copper color. So I gave Cynthia a color I was wanting to achieve and I did! Omg I love it. She gave me instructions on how to do the process and which bleach, toner, and pink dye I should do to achieve my color I wanted. Thank you Cynthia!!!! I said, "Sure!". We, she put her gadget on me and she said, "oh, wow...". Her analysis said that my skin was better than average. I'm guessing that this is because I'm using their products, as I'm a 59 year old male. Kiels usually has a good sale going on and, when you bring in your empty products, you get points towards future products. Today, I purchased over $200 of products but, with my 30% member discount and the 500 points I've earned, my cost was $109 out the door. (Earning recycle points is easy and fast) All the staff are very friendly and don't pressure you AND, you always receive free gifts.
