Went here for some holiday shopping and the service was great! I was immediately helped upon entry and I was able to try various fragrances. They have all types of bundles and deals, so you will always get the bang for your buck. Free parking is also available, but the lot is small. read more

I shop at Sephora for my cologne fix. They don't have as many options for men (compared to women options), but they have enough to be dangerous. If you happen to be a woman it's going to be like candyland though. They have spots to where you can sit down and go ahead and get done up in a makeup chair, so it's kind of slanted toward women but that doesn't stop me from shopping. It's still a solid spot to be able to smell a lot of different fragrances. True enough it's only like maybe three shelf walls for men but it's still plenty so don't let this deter you if you are a man but if you're a woman, this is right up your alley and I would definitely support males and females going alike! read more

I had my makeup done by Abria for a professional portrait I had to take that afternoon. I loved the look she created so much that I bought a few products that she used on me. Abria went above and beyond in helping me find a particular type of foundation I wanted and making a few tweaks to my makeup just based on my personal preference. If you could possibly make it to a different location I'd highly recommend it. This location will stalk you all around the store and make you very uncomfortable. But when you actually need something there's no one to be found. Not sure if this store gets a lot of inventory stolen, but they need a better approach. The employee specific that was the worded was a young lady by the name I-Keisha she was incredibly rude to me while i was trying swatches on my hand and also on a B personal phone call. Yall. Parking is a nightmare. Make it inside and promptly get ignored by not one, not two, not three, but four different sales reps. Two on their phones. Two just couldn't be bothered. I'm not talking about cashiers. I'm talking about the people standing around that are there to help. After three laps, found what I was looking for. Had to self help to find it in the drawer. If you HAVE to get something from Sephora that day make the three min trek to Lennox Mall. I KNOW!!!! It is crazy that that would be better but a very sad fact. My favorite Sephora location! It's hard to find a stand alone Sephora (one that's not in a mall) and this is my go-to location when I just need to pick up some essentials. Parking is limited (but it's a fair trade-off for not having to walk through a mall) and the employees are always super helpful and kind. Even on the days I just want to roam around and let Sephora tell me what I need to buy, they are always happy to provide suggestions on their favorite products when I ask. On multiple occasions I've noticed an item I need was out of stock, and almost every time a sales associate can find me what I need in the back. Don't waste your time with a $75 make up consult "beauty lesson". I sat there for 30 mins before she even touched my face just setting up, taking her time, doing her own thing. She finally applied 2 shades of foundation that weren't even close to my shade. I almost walked out then, but thought "patience" I might learn something. What a joke! I dropped in there on Thursday after lunch at Shake Shack. I was not really looking for anything but just browsing. Staff greeted me when I entered the store. Jordon was extremely helpful and gave advice on the Tatcha products I was looking at. I asked for a sample of the Water Cream and also inquired about the Dewy Cream. Jordon was very nice, she said she would be more than happy to make me a sample of the Dewy Cream too so I could try them at home. Solid 5 stars to Jordon!!! This is the best Sephora I've been to in metro Atlanta. Immediately I was asked if I need assistance and 2 associates passionately helped color match me for two foundations. I am normally very insecure when I go in makeup stores because I have little beauty knowledge and other locations I've experienced staff laugh at me for it. First time in Sephora. I was Impressed. Greeted time i walked in by Mike, with a hug after joking about my vertical challenge. He couldn't see me behind the displays. I browsed around with no pressure. Mike assisted me with some samples of face and hair style cream. I purchased a lip color by Urban Decay. I will be back. The store was well lit and the layout was easy to navigate, but if you need assistance the staff is smiling and nearby to assist with no problem. I signed up for Beauty Insider while in store. If you don't want to fight the traffic getting into and out of Lenox Mall to go to the Sephora there, this is a great alternative. It's a stand alone Sephora in a strip mall style area with parking right in front. It's a large location with plenty of helpful staff. I only come here to check out their cologne selection, very limited but a great small selection for men. I would definitely visit again just to be able to get in and out without a hassle. read more

I literally stood in their faces and asked for help and they walked past me like I was a hologram! I had intentions on purchasing at least 100$ worth of products but I refuse to give them any more money than necessary! The manager was told and he offered me a free " make over" seriously! I would never let any of those people touch me. As a resident and business owner in the area, I'm extremely disappointed with Sephora! Either get a new staff or ship out. I wish I had gotten her name but a very sweet woman with a green buzz cut helped me. I came in looking for the ABH stick foundation which they didn't have my shade but I was able to find something comparable in a different brand. I have very oily skin and was looking for a matte primer and was suggested the Sephora matte primer it is amazing nothing has ever worked this good for me. I absolutely love how my makeup looks today. Sometimes Sephora can be overwhelming but I was really happy that I was thoroughly helped in finding what I needed and then was able to browse uninterrupted. Everyone from the front door to cashier was warm and friendly but not pushy or inattentive. I will definitely visit this location in the future! read more

When I found out there was a Sephora near my apartment that didn't require going into the mall, I was SO excited because I always want to go to Sephora without fighting the craziness of the mall. After several visits to this location however, now I'd rather trudge through the mall. The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE, and I've been going here for several months now and it's been consistently a poor experience. Nobody ever greets me or even acknowledges me while I'm in the store, but I've noticed certain people get better customer service. Don't expect to get much help from anybody working there, because it'll seem like you're bothering them, even though it's their job. Today, I walked in and a group of employees were taking selfies by the door. They all watched me walk in and then continued to do what they were doing. When I ask for suggestions of products, they just pick up whatever is nearest in the aisle and hopes that I just take that and get out of their hair. I seriously do hate writing things like this, but if you are going to Sephora and know that you need help or any kind of assistance, don't expect to get any from here. Love this Sephora! I've been to so many (Perimeter, Lenox, etc.) and this is the only one I'll go to. I find at other Sephora's in my area, the staff will hound you and make it unenjoyable to shop there because they're just tying to sell you something. The staff at this Sephora is so nice and informative. It doesn't feel like they're trying to sell you stuff; they just want to help! Everytime I go, everyone greets you and has such a great attitude. The whole staff also is really informed and will help you with anything (shade matching, finding a perfect perfume, skincare advice, etc.).
