Until I located this review, I was hesitant because there were very few reviews. However, I reviewed the photos, reviews and website and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of work. I decided to book four reservations for my family. I knew I was taking a risk because everyone kept asking me if this was a good choice. I like the instant communication that is received to confirm your appointment. The makeup artist was in communication with me within the hour. Unfortunately I have been really unhappy with my haircut since, here is the "after" photo taken on the day I got it. I don't understand the layer placement and haven't been able to style it to look normal. I've gotten comments about my layers and honestly have never gotten such a bad haircut... I showed inspiration photos and none of them looked remotely like this. Would be happy to speak with the salon about who performed the service.
