None of them interacted on the chat or answered my questions. I tried two more times and was disconnected both times. I also called the Customer Service and get this. The gentleman that barely spoke English wanted me to just pay for the broken candle and offered to exchange it for a different scent because didn't have this one in stock (and it happened to me before) and charge me for the new candle.
