This is a bit more of a run-down, low-rent Bath & Body compared to the more glamorous ones around Houston, located at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble. It's a good store, but one which didn't have half the stuff we wanted. Still, we found some things we didn't find at any other Bath & Body, so that was interesting, and we did make a few purchases. Honestly we were a little bit annoyed at how long and claustrophobic the line was that day. But there was a sale on so I suppose that's an excuse.

Customer service was great....BUT...honestly, I was surprised at how dusty the displays in the store were. Like literal dust that you could wipe with your finger. Granted, the actual products inside the drawers were dirty, but I would think for a display they would be wiped down on a regular basis.
