Though I have not experienced bad service at this location. I am however quite concerned with…read moreWalgreens corporate use of price gouging for generic medications. For example A prescription that would normally cost $12.99 at a regular pharmacy cost $65 at Walgreens. Walgreens will no longer be getting my business as a customer. Furthermore I will continue to steer traffic away from this corporate chain. As it is clear the only thing that they are interested in helping is themselves. Update : after having been contacted by the district manager. I was only given rhetoric. And corporate style run around to no avail. If you are in between insurance companies I highly suggest filling prescriptions elsewhere.

There is a very good reason this Walgreens has the lowest review. They are totally inept. I have…read moredone business with them for years, and I regret ever having done so. I have put up with so much of their incompetence that I should have stopped using them years ago. They have taken my loyalty granted. When a prescription needs to be refilled by a certain date, and it is sent in from my doctor a week in advance, instead of ensuring that they will have enough when it needs to be filled, they wait until the day it needs to be filled, then look to see if they have enough. I have waited many times a week without being able to get my medication, and they could care less. Not only that, but they lie and use the excuse that they have to have the insurance "billed first," whatever that means. i have foolishly used Walgreens as my pharmacy for years. I have always had insurance coverage. There's no excuse for this. It's not even a truthful reason. They know my insurance covers it all the time. It makes no sense, because for those without insurance, who pay all out-of-pocket, what excuse do they give them. Again, my insurance has always covered all medications, and never without a hitch. There's no reason I, or any other customer, should have to wait until the medication is billed prior to getting it ready. I have seldom been able to get any of my medication on time. I have waited many times at least a week before I can get it. It messes up my insides. They are very aloof to that. They could care less if the customer has to go without. and when they're out, they say that it will be in within the next few days. and it never is. That's why I question whether they even put in orders every day.. They are aloof as the patient's health. No apologies, no understanding; but, hey, that's just the way it is, attitude. Another one of their excuses is that, hey, this medication is hard to get. It might be hard to get, but that's poor planning, or no planning whatsoever. They just don't care.. I shall never, ever have any of my medication filled by this pharmacy again. They don't deserve one star; it has caused me more harm physically and mentally than anything that I can imagine. And their attitude is, we don't care, you need us we don't need you. And this attitude comes from the pharmacist, not their other employees. This is the type of behavior you would expect from a state run pharmacy such as in the Soviet Union. Why they don't understand that a customer can go someplace else, such as I have regretfully done business with them for years, is mind-boggling. They need to go out of business before they wreck too many other's health.

Went here for part of my sister's Bach weekend and it was a lot of fun. Scheduling for a large…read moregroup over ten people was easy, there was plenty of space for all of us, and most people took home their scent with them. They have tons of purchase options that vary in cost. Some examples are perfume bottles over 1oz, car scent diffuser, sample size perfume bottles, hand soaps, and more. We bought my sister her scent in the big perfume bottle as a gift from everyone. I also bought myself the car scent bottle and it was about 30$. There is a bathroom that was clean and the staff were helpful. I would totally go back for a girls day outing, we had a lot of fun! It's also really conveniently located right downtown so you can stop for coffee before or after the class or even go to breakfast or lunch because there are tons of great food spots near by. We had lunch after and went shopping at some stores downtown after class and it was really fun!

The hubs took me for Mother's Day and it did not disappoint!…read more Concept: You are able to create up to 5 different fragrances from scratch (we did 2 each). You have plenty of time and material to mix scents and try so many different options. After your scents are created, you can have them made into ANY of their products from hand soap and shower gel to bath bubbles and perfume. They have so many different products from $18-70 and you pay for the product you want. They will make your products on the spot and you take them home. Experience: we made a reservation and had our 5 month one with us in a car seat/stroller. The inside is warm and inviting yet bright and airy. Our baby was able to stay in her carseat on the chair with us the whole time however it's not really a "baby" space so know your baby prior to taking them. They do allow walk ins (I recommend making a reservation) and another couple joined us as walk ins. Cassidy was our experience guide and she was fantastic! She explained all of the steps and was there for any questions however allowed us to do our own thing. It was so fun to mix up different scents and see what stood out and what you thought you would like but didn't. We ordered 3 products and after Cassidy made each one, she had us smell to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. Tips: -Make sure you have your phone for the experience. You will log your scents and create your product mixes through the QR code. -The length of the experience is based on you. We decided to do 2 scents each and then decided on products. Our appt was at 11:15a and we left at 12:05p however, the couple that walked in and joined us, made 1 scent with 1 product and was gone prior to us. -All of their products are refillable with a 20% off discount. You can refill them with the scent you had or make a completely new one! Just bring in your used container and go from there. We absolutely loved our experience and will be back! They just opened a location downtown Detroit and we have already told several of our family members to make reservations!
