The guy did it in about an hour, which is what I expected. He asked if I had anything else, and I mentioned that I'd like 2 new outlets on the other side of the wall from an existing g light switch. He said it was quick and easy since the light switches were right there. I asked about the cost and he said it would be quick and it would just be his time. The work was solid. The communication was not. I received a shockingly high bill with additional charges that had not previously been discussed. In effect charged me almost $400 to install those 2 outlets just on the other side of the same wall. No attic, crawlspace, or panel work. I emailed them asking about the high fees and extra charges, she said that was standard for them. I paid the bill and then went to leave a review. I would not have had him do the outlets had I known, and would have ended the job with the pendent lights. When I left a review reflecting this experience, they accused me of trying to convince them to do work without a permit, putting their license in jeopardy. Completely false - I only questioned the permit fees when I received the bill, as no one had mentioned it. The level of customer service, lack of communication, and vindictiveness was shocking. Would not use them again because of this.

And lucky!! They came right at 9 And got us COOL super quick. The tech wasn't the most friendly but he was good at his job. And by not very friendly I just mean he was a bit icey (no pun intended,) but he did NOT want to engage in any type of conversation. He did not want to engage period. It was fine. He got it fixed but the office and scheduling were phenomenal. Customer care and service 10/10. I do never hope to need them again but I couldn't recommend them more.

Tech tried to over charge me but fixed the charges. After he left I checked my security cameras and he hadn't done any of the work he said he did. I immediately contacted the company and am receiving no response. I'm out $129. I may dispute at least part of this with my credit card company. At least I know to find another company for my service in the future. UPDATE: They refunded my money for the service they didn't provide. I'll bump them up to 2 stars for their accountability.

I called two different contractors, Parkin Electric being one of the two, did not have any availability for a week or so which wasn't an issue at all. When Mike came out, he was friendly, truly listened to my goals by providing me ways to save money and told me what he commonly save with our EV owners. The official quote did take a little over a week to receive, something they were very transparent about but what helped was that Mike gave me a verbal estimate which was already half the price of the competition so I was willing to wait. Scheduling: After signing the contract, Tonya reached out the very next day and told me they had an availability in a few days that sadly didn't work for me. We ended up scheduling it a few weeks out but noted that if something came up earlier, that I would be notified which ended up being the case. Installation: My installation arrival window was between 8am to 9am with the job itself taking about 2 hours. What I really appreciated was that I had asked for a call before the technician came over which they did and was perfectly within the arrival window! Bethany was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me asking the same questions that I had asked Mike.
