Knowing that I would be out of country I asked before renting if it would be an issue should my billing need to be changed while gone. I was assured that it would not be. Well, my credit card was recently defrauded. It took me a week and a half to remember that that probably obstructed my monthly payment... and when i called I was told that there was a $20 late fee (fine, no biggie, my payment is late and i should have been more aware of it) and that in 4 days I'd accrue another $20 late charge. No problem, I have a new credit card number, just charge that. "We can't do that, you'll have to come in in person." What part of "out of the country" did you not understand? No help in figuring out a way to pay other than sending post dated cheques. And no offer to waive the second late fee even though it will take much longer than 4 days for a cheque to clear customs. The clerk was not helpful, and rude. If I were in town, I'd move my stuff out post haste. Horrible customer service and billing practices. The best I can hope for is to dissuade others from falling into the trap.

They were just about to lock the door as I ran over with my package, Nishan and Jaspreet happily helped me even thou it was officially after 5pm. They both were very kind, polite, professional, helpful and gave me excellent service. It was a really great experience that they were very considerate of my situation and happily went out of their way to provide the services I required. My package got received on that specific day which was very important in order to receive payment for a returned product. When I got home they had already emailed me the receipt I required to say the package was sent on time. I would definitely say that Nishan and Jaspreet provided excellent customer service and would definitely suggest anyone requiring shipping or receiving services to go and visit them yourself. They are the kind of employees that any manager would love to have. And the kind of employees that really provide an appreciated service for customers. The worst service I've ever received. If it is an important package that you are counting on to…read morereceive on time than UPS is not ideal. I literally watched the truck drive in and out of my neighbourhood without stopping preventing me from receiving my package two days in a row, but yet continued to email me saying that they missed me and no one was there to receive the package. I find it ridiculous that the driver was to lazy to get out of the vehicle just to knock on my door that I was waiting at. I then called UPS they had nothing to say and continued to tell me there was nothing that can be done. UPS is very unprofessional and I couldn't be more unhappy about the service. I still have yet to receive this package.
