I was extremely skeptical of doing business with a roofing company. I did not know what I was getting into and I felt that I needed someone to guide me through what my agent was telling me. I heard of Sentinel Exteriors from a lady I am in choir with and I called. We set an appointment and he came out as planned. He took pictures and sat down and went over exactly what was going on. I live at the top of a ridge outside of Bartow county and we get some weird winds at times. He was able to repair the wind damage without having me file a claim. He showed me pictures of my roof and told me the age, the condition and how long I have to expect before replacement. He was the THIRD company I had out. I was not looking to replace the roof unless it needed it. Luckily, he saved me thousands and gave me the opportunity to get my screens replaced as well as the damage that had been caused by that storm for a very reasonable amount. I was needing to get my roof replaced and called 4 different companies to get quotes. Of all 4 contractors, Sentinel Exteriors was the only one to actually go up on the roof and inspect it to see if it actually needed replacement. The others just gave a quote based on satellite imaging. The inspector was Garrett. He said that he found hail damage and insurance might cover the replacement. This hadn't even entered my mind. Called my insurance company and they came out and inspected it also and found hail and wind damage and ended up covering the replacement. Sentinel Exteriors came out on the day they told me they would and in 2 days had the roof replaced and cleaned up the whole area as if they hadn't even been there and the roof looks great.
