Wow!! So many LEGOs! I visited here with my 13 yr old son, after a recommendation from one of his…read moreteachers, to check out if it's as good as it sounds. My kiddo loves LEGOs and will build any set immediately, when gifted to him. We have a little reward incentive in our home that if he reaches a certain number of points from completing chores, he will get a LEGO set from us. He wanted to stop by here ASAP afterwards lol. Parking is super tight and tricky. Entering the parking lot to get to the front of the store, you have to turn uphill and it's one-way parking so I did not have an easy time figuring out how to exit.. Despite the tiny parking lot, the store itself is amazing! There are sets built and displayed with affordable prices for many of them, definitely cheaper than the official LEGO store. Noticed plenty that were under $200 and great value for the sets you're getting. Of course, there are nicer and bigger sets but you don't have to go big. You can still go home with something you like and come back another time because they offer stamp cards! You get 10% off your next purchase after spending $100 at the store. Obviously not a big discount but hey, something is better than nothing, especially if you plan to return for more LEGOs. We decided upon a moderately sized Mario Cart two-piece set of Boo and Wario in their go-carts which was only about $54. Not bad, imo! The staff was nice and asked if we were looking for anything specific when we entered but let us be when we told them we were just browsing. We got their attention when we were ready to check out. The employee that helped us did strike up friendly conversation with my son, which made our interaction not so awkward, since the store was fairly quiet and almost empty at 3:45PM on a Wednesday. Plenty of legos, good service, great bang for your buck. Only thing to dislike would be the parking lol we will still be back.

Any Lego store it's going to be high on my list regardless of where it's located or how big it is…read more This place holds a special spot in my heart as it's a local shop run by some Fellow lego nerds! The place has a solid selection of new and used sets as well as some really cool custom builds! The iron throne is probably the favorite custom I've ever seen! They've got a good trending to great selection of mini figs including tons of Star Wars and older figurines. I found a number of doctor related ones for the ole collection as well! The sets ranged from some cool older sets that were in original boxes to newer sets that ranged in price from retail to a good deal! I picked up the Great Wall architecture a set for less than anyone online and got to talk legos with some guys is legit hang out with! The stock rotates quickly so if you're in the area, it pays to check in frequent-ish. If you love legos or have kids that enjoy them, this is your spot!

People work until after 5 and even later, so to close your customer service department at 7pm is a bit ludicrous wouldn't you think. I wasn't happy. I travel up and down the I-5 corridor and actually do curbside pickups at several Walmarts. I know for a fact Walmarts in Tacoma, Puyallup area close customer service at 8pm. Why is this not a standard time for all Walmarts? I couldn't find anything advising me this store's CSD closes at 7. Open your eyes Walmart your dealing with the public. Make it more user friendly for the customers and not your payroll budget. Because 7pm for CS to close is outrageous and I'm floored that upper management doesn't see how inconvenient 7pm is for its customers. Shame on you.

Oh, you're still open til 11pm but stop SERVING the customers at 7pm. I see. You'll take our money but not refund it. Gotcha. Just getting us used to the new dystopia that is your parking lot speaker system and LACK of customer service? I'll take my business elsewhere as soon as I get my money back. Hire more people. Competent ones.
