Watching how everyone works together and fills in the gaps for their teammates, you are guaranteed to be in good company and great care. My PT is Kellie and she is a real gem. She is the definition of the best!!! She took her time to explain what we were doing, why we are doing it and the desired outcomes of each. She is patient and kind and makes every effort to make sure you are good, before, during and after you PT. The exercises she has me doing at home are realistic and do not require anything fancy. The facility stays busy and is always clean. Each table is sanitized as soon as the patient is finished, which is a plus! If you are unable to come during normal business hours, they also have a location in the lower level of the building that stays open a little later that then location upstairs. VPT does accept insurance as well so it is worth the task to see if they take your insurance, The front desk staff is great as well. They quickly, yet efficiently get you checked in and lined up for your therapy session. The village is in full force here at VPT!

He had to learn how to walk again, see things correctly, balance and coordinate his movements. We spent 2 days a week for 9 months going to see the crew at Fusion. My husband worked with most of the therapist there each of them doing something that added to his recovery. I'm so thankful that we had the Fusion crew and for everything they did to get me husband going again. We shouldn't have to learn how to walk more then once in our lifetime but for NY husband he needed to learn twice and we had the best team to help get him better.

Horrible dishonest billing practices…read more They have sent me notices, bills, and collections letters for appointments from more than 2 years ago. When I contacted them, they had not even run the bill through my insurance company they verified on the phone that they had on file, some of the appointments that they were trying to bill me for I did not even make. They are just trying to take your money. They have (had) good therapists, but the billing department is dishonest and will wait years to bill you for stuff you can barely remember. Be careful with them, do not trust them, and track everything you do with them so you don't end up with crappy collection letters and call years after the fact.

From Marissa at the front desk, to Charlie and Nurse Jill in the back, to her Nurse Practitioner Jay Won Bartlett, FNP-C, everyone is so pleasant and kind and helpful and truly caring. My 2.5yr old daughter is terrified of the doctor and has spent every doctor's appointment screaming. It has always been a struggle to let the providers examine her. But at the Allergy & Asthma Center, she is so calm and cooperative. The way everyone at this practice approaches my daughter and talks to her puts her at ease and comforts her. Not only does she sit still and let them do a physical exam but she listens to them and responds to them. It is such an amazing thing to see as her mother. And although my concerns may not be super serious, for the first time I felt listened to and heard and acknowledged by the providers. Not once have I felt as if my concerns were being brushed off or made to feel insignificant or rushed out the door. Jay Won Bartlett, FNP-C is so comforting and thorough and knowledgeable. I could go on and on. My experience with this practice has been the best experience I have ever had with medical providers, ever.
