I came here to remove the rear window tint on my Toyota Corolla. The tint itself was removed, but the quality of the work was very poor. They left my car interior extremely dirty -- with visible streaks, residue, and marks on the panels and glass. It looked like no proper cleaning or finishing was done after the job. For a professional service, I expected at least a basic level of care and cleanliness. Instead, I had to go home and clean everything myself. I would not recommend this place if you care about the condition of your car after the service.-- The tint removal was done, but the finish was unacceptable. My car was left dirty with streaks, adhesive residue, and marks on the interior panels. This shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Even for a basic service, the car should not be returned in this condition. Very disappointing experience. I would not return. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. these installers are lazy and i would highly recommend you to NOT come here. i went to senor stereo a week ago to install a sound system. we told the workers what we wanted and all they would say is " it's not necessary" or "you don't need all that". they just wanted to put what they wanted and not what WE WERE ASKING FOR. we were not happy on how it came out and sounded. the subwoofer that they installed was installed poorly and it has already started to over heat. i made an appointment the day after with veloz audios (located at 7205 NW 79th Terr Medley, FL 33166) and now it sounds THE WAY WE WANTED TOO and sound much BETTER AND POWERFUL. please avoid this place if not you'll come out disappointed. read more

I'm not sure why I kept returning to this business, but I won't be making that mistake again. Phil, who I believe is the owner, is consistently rude and unhelpful. If you come in with a minor issue, he makes it clear that your business isn't worth his time. He'll either give you a laundry list of reasons why he can't address it or suggest it's not even worth repairing. On top of that, he seems to discourage repairs altogether by quoting outrageous prices or claiming it will take several hours to complete. After having both window tinting and a radio installation done here, I decided to give them one more chance -- big mistake. This was the third strike, and I'm done. Would not recommend. Only thing probably keeping this business afloat is their highly visible location. read more

I went there with an issue with my truck radio. They were patient and helpful Before I bought a part they tested it with me on my truck, I bought it and ended up returning the part without an issue in the parking lot as that was not my problem. Ended up being the radio and they helped me out on that too. I'll be back to do the tints on my truck next. read more

I had my radio and amp install. I was not happy with the way it sounded. I took it to JR Electronics down the road. they replaced 2 front speaker and rewired the amp correctly tune the amp. Now I'm happy with the way it sounds. I will not return nor recommend Sensor Stereo to anyone. read more

I have a 150k sports car and when they tinted my windshield, they sprayed so much water on my windshield that got my leather dashboard so wet and messed it all up and they didn't want to take responsibility or give me refund. I had my lifetime 3M tints installed a few years back (5) and I went back and was told could not find me in their computer system (as they had no access since 6 months back) so in order to acknowledge I had to produce my receipt. Of course there would be a charge. Next I asked about a module for my car Benz E350 2014 sedan with NGT 4.5 and was told first by one it would be approx $700 the Phil (owner) came and said $1,000+. So, I ordered the unit from Amazon for $299 and took my business to JR Electronics down the street from them. All $499 so I saved me $500. Ps. I paid over two Grand at this place for them put a Kicker Sound System on my Honda Accord. First I started to get feed back on the system because of the two Microphones the car originally came with. That guy Phil tried to use that as an excuse to sell me a Stereo. These people are a bunch of losers and THIEVES !!!! I had told them ahead of time that I was a Mechanic. I'm guessing that it didn't Dawn on him that I would figure it out. I had to remove and unplug the connector for the Microphone system from behind the Stereo my self. Second after some time went by,. The sound I started to get from the speakers started to diminish. I even thought for a second that the speakers had popped. It turned out that they used such cheap ass material for the installation. That the wires to the speakers were done with. I don't understand why they would use 22 AWG. Size speaker wire. I also had to rewire the whole system my self. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. People need to start making complaints with Miami Dade Consumer Protection maybe they will get their act together. read more

I was in the business of looking for a good deal on 3M tints for my car when I heard the ad for Senor Stereo on the radio. I called right away and spoke to the same guy who helped me out the day I dropped off my car. He told me it was a flat fee for the tints, that they were certified 3M dealers and that the tints came with a lifetime guarantee. Here's the down side: the customer service at this place needs a revamp. When I first walked in, there was nobody at the counter to assist any customers and it took the guy 15-20 minutes to finally appear. When he did, he wasn't very welcoming and made me feel like he could care less if I gave him my money or walked away with it. Either way, I figured he was having a rough day or something, so I left my car with him. He told me it would take about 3 hours to do the tints on my car because there were other cars for tinting in the queue. Almost 7 hours later (closing time), I had not received a single call, email or text from them letting me know my car was ready to be picked up, so I called. The guy on the phone was the same guy I had dealt with the from the start. He was super short with me and told me to just go by and when the car is ready, I can take it. When I did show up, my car was still being worked on. Mind you, I dropped it off around 11:30 AM. It was now 6:15 PM when I picked it up. The tints look great, tho! They did a good job. There were a few bubbles the first 3-4 days, but they eventually went away. The tech who installed the tints was a bit sloppy, he left a dirty towel in my back seat and smudge marks all around my car. All in all, do I recommend Senor Stereo for their products? Sure. But for their customer service? Sorry, it's gonna be a no from me. Hence why I deducted two stars from my rating. read more

I have a 2003 car that I really needed to upgrade the stereo in as I really wanted to have Apple Play. I ran across someone who had the same car who used Senor Stereo to install a new stereo and back up camera. They were very happy with Senor Stereo and I went there shortly thereafter. They have an amazing selection of car stereo in stock. A knowledgable sales rep (Steve) made my choice as informed as possible. I also decided to upgrade my headlights to LED while the car was there. The stereo is great. I had previously upgraded the speakers and the sound is fantastic. I am also very happy with the back up camera. The LED lights were not installed correctly at first but Senor Stereo took prompt ownership (directly by the owner Phil) of the issue. The lights were quickly repositioned and they are amazing. I'm not an easy customer to please but Senor Stereo made me very happy. Two thumbs up! read more

My 3 cars had alarm system, stereo, and tinted windows installed. my camera back up failed which i had to pay extra even when it was under warranty. The second time it malfunctioned he did not want to honor my warranty having that said he made me wait for 6 hours on a Saturday when i was the first customer to have arrived early in the morning. he was ignoring the fact that I was first in line and had other customer go ahead of me. The work was done fast and right (I used to install car radios when younger but never told the crew doing the job). Customer service at this place is horrible! All their warranty work is done Monday-Friday during business hours. Like everyone else I work Monday-Friday during business hours and they refuse to fix anything on weekend because that's when they do new installs. I've shown up at 9AM on a Monday to have my tints repaired and I've gotten the run around saying they are full for the day to do any warranty work. I've taken back my $500 alarm remote control after 6 months as the buttons no longer work (you had to press down on it hard to make contact) and they refused to replace it under warranty even though it had a 1 year warranty on all parts. I've had numerous friends and family go through bad experiences with this place. This company should go out of business. read more

I came here after Braman BMW broke my car stereo. Actually, first I went to Best Buy and they didn't have the part to install a stereo into my ancient car, so I came here, which was just down the road. I was fully prepared to have some awful or pointless experience, like I just had at Braman and Best Buy (for the record they were really nice at Best Buy, they just didn't have the part on hand), but this was quick and painless. The staff didn't try to upsell or pressure me or anything, and just installed a really basic, cheap unit (which is what I wanted) for less than Best Buy was wanting. They were quick about the whole thing, even though the place looked really busy, and left me out less time and money than I'd expected. It wasn't a life-changingly awesome experience or anything, but it also wasn't a total ripoff or a headache, which in the worlds of South Florida and automotive needs is no small thing. read more

Fast forward a few years, the install on her car never developed any issues, great job, but in my car, guess what bubbles, and the tint faded a little, I guess the fading is it's expected somewhat, miami has major sunshine year round, was I satisfied 100 percent, umm not really, I called them on the warranty and was informed to bring the receipt, are you kidding? Of course I don't have it. But since it's been a while I guess I got what I paid for so not very upset, overall good quality, but since I did not have the receipt I just decided to go somewhere else for the re-tints and the new tints on my new car. They get so much business that time and working around their time limitations are just do not work for me. Would I recommended them, if you have time and don't mind paying a little more than most other places, sure why not, but are they my first choice when I think of tints on my wife's new car, umm nope. Be patient and you should be satisfied with the work they perform. Shop around, lots of other places can charge a lot less, but are you getting 3M paper? I also went across the street to a similar place that does what señor stereo does, and their princes where $30-$50 more, plus installation was higher. They are very busy so plan on leaving your car, they do an amazing job and have laser cut tints, but it does take a long time. I had a stereo, amp, subwoofer, tints, rear camera installed, on a 2008 ridge line. It was very good pricing and I'm very satisfied with the installation snd customer service. Overall a 5 star. Yes I read all the other reviews... Found it to be bogus. read more
