Scheduled a tint job 3 days in advance. Called an hour before the day of the job, since it was to be done on Sunday to confirm. Spoke with Manny. When I should up no-one was there. Tried calling him when I arrived and he would not answer or return my call. Who does something like that. Very unprofessional. read more

Terrible quality work on auto tinting. Very unprofessional customer service and from the actual owner none the less. Had my tints done 3 weeks ago and have had to come back to have them redone twice and still today I brought it back to the shop because I still had bubbles and scratches all over the new tints and the owner decided he didn't want me to continue coming back to attempt to get the proper quality of work done on the tints which have lifetime warranty, instead he told me he would return my money and remove the tints to which I agreed. The he comes back and tries to short me $10 on my refund and had to to show him my credit card where they charged me $160 and he wanted to refund me $150. As he's pulling put the additional $10 he owed me he begins to insult me and call me names in front of his staff and other customers. Then as I'm driving off he is still yelling profanities at me and even threatened me to give me a beating when all I wanted was to have a good job done for my money. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this place for any type of service as they are and this infuses the owner mainly very unprofessional and disrespectful to paying customers. read more

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD, I want to start off by saying I only came here because it was the closest place there was to my house. I decided to do my sister a favor and take her car to get her windows tinted. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM. After the owner of the place finished the job the windows had air bubbles everywhere and he did not align it correctly, I saw many mistakes everywhere. I was so disappointed, I told the man that I was not happy with it in a calm voice to which he responded screaming that I know nothing about tinting windows and that I was calling him a liar. I simply said I wanted them removed and after he removed them he left a glue like substance all over the windows and said he had nothing left to say to me. So I then had to go to a car wash and pay so they can help me remove all that glue residue. I can't even exaggerate this, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if you need anything done to your car. read more

Piece of shit service, scratched my windows with blade , they replaced my normal bulb for led and now I got water inside my headlights, broke a piece of bracket that hold my lights and stuck it back together with a hot glue gun I highly don't recommend this place the tints were all scratch up - Update the new headlights cost me $1500 read more
