Hired them to remove tree that fell on my roof. Their truck got stuck on my lawn and despite this,…read morethey attempted (10 times) to move back and forth in different directions, destroying the grass and creating deep ruts. I had to finally tell them to stop. Their attempt at remediation was to put them down some top soil and grass seed. No straw, not enough top soil, not enough care. Everything got washed away the next time it rained. The ruts remain and were bare until weeds grew in. I called them repeatedly to fix the lawn and they have ignored my phone calls and attempts to contact them online. I was quoted $2500 to fix the lawn. And I have filed a BBB complaint in the meantime.

Wish we had used Mason's…read more We unfortunately picked another landscaping company for a pool pad since they were less busy and could complete it faster. (Mason's did have the better price though!) Spoiler alert, the other company did not complete it quickly and the project became a mess. I reached out to Rich for some advice and he was very gracious with his time and was not overtly critical of the competition when he could have been. Felt like very fair feedback. Will certainly use Masons for our next project no matter the timeline.

When questioned their "customer service" told me three times to check the terms and conditions. Apparantly they thought our grass was too high and charged us double. Never saying anything to us right before the cut. We went with this company be we wanted to support small/local business and received the lowest level of customer support and underhanded pricing policies than we've ever received. In addition, there prices are MUCH higher than others. Hope this review helps others. In response to your comment: you've honored my request to discontinue service??? Hahaha. Thank you so much for agreeing to be fired. You DID NOT honor my request for a credit since we were never told about a double charge. You DID NOT honor my request to have the owner contact me. And you missed the point- it wasn't the timing of the charge it was the fact that your mowers came out, spoke to my husband, agreed there was nothing out of the normal- didn't mention they thought the grass was long - and then went ahead and charged me double. I hope everyone can see what a disreputable company you are.
