We have a tiny fenced-in yard our yard has been a struggle for improvement. Enter the elusive Mason's Landscaping - a glimmer of hope! We hired them to revitalize the area: plant some fresh seed and, most importantly, a beautiful crêpe myrtle in honor of my dear mother who passed in September. Following their instructions to a tee, we kept our furry friends off the grass and watered the delicate flora each day. Alas, the pre-fab stuff didn't take, leaving us with barren soil. After reaching out to Mason's repeatedly and being told to wait for warmer weather, we were left with nothing but disappointment. Rolling up our sleeves, we took matters into our own hands and spent a small fortune on DIY seed planting. To our utter dismay, the pricey landscaping professionals refused to replace the tree as promised and we were left stranded.
