Mea talked us through everything, she set us up with the kindest nurses, and provided us with all the materials we needed for comfort care even to go as far as assisting with administering medication. We received amazing care from this team. Even when I was having a rather difficult time understanding what comfort care exactly was-- the nurse was beyond empathetic. They supported us with so much compassion and care during a very difficult time.

If I had my way, I would give them no stars and F for Failed! and a D for Disappointment! This agency is very unprofessional and unreliable. One of the nurses tried to go against the doctors orders telling me how and what the doctor shouldn't be requesting for the patient. Like she's a nurse, who made her a doctor over night? Telling me how she knows better than the doctor? They were supposed to send a nurse out to evaluate but no one showed up. They don't follow up and return calls. If you want to speak to someone in charge, they tell you no one is available. The nurse, and the Asian staff member I've dealt with are combative, disrespectful and unprofessional. I plan to file a complaint with the State. Please don't use this place to care for your love one!

Doctor ordered home physical therapy for my husband NOT home health nursing - this joke of a…read morecompany tried billing our insurance for home health nursing & when I called them on it THEY called adult protective services on me. When I talked to the administrator and explained that home health care was not ordered by the doctor - her response -"it doesn't cost you anything so why do you care" - it costs me in higher medicare premiums & insurance payments and besides that it's fraud - billing for services not ordered from a doctor. When I mentioned fraud that was when Delores informed me she had called adult protective services and she had a 20 page report regarding our home and the condition of my husband (he just needed physical therapy to strengthen his legs) when I asked for a copy of this 20 page report she refused to send it & said I could get it from our insurance company. Also illegal - they are required by law to supply any documents to their clients. APS was here today - case closed but a case is being opened in regards to this company abusing the system. Their sub contractors (which they do not inform you that they do not send employees but sub contractors) call and say "I'll be there in 20 minutes" - no call before to set up a time - they expect you to be available at THEIR convenience - don't care if you have other commitments. The office staff is extremely rude and try intimidation & psychological abuse against their "clients". Sure sounds like elder abuse to me. AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR AND YOUR LOVED ONE'S HEALTH AND WELL BEING. They have a rating of 2 from medicare - that should tell you something.

Le dio actitud a un par de personas y me humilló personalmente por no "dominar el español" solo porque tenía más preguntas de lo normal sobre la posición en sí y ella hizo un ridículo y lo tomó como no entendía su idioma... cuando soy bilingüe y ella ni puede hablar ambos, irónico. Roxana debería aprender más profesionalismo ya que está en un rol de liderazgo y también de esa manera ella tiene menos tasa de rotación ya que se le nota que está estresada en eso.
