My youngest just turned one, so our most recent visit was for that one-year check up/physical. From the ladies at the check-in desk, to the nurses and doctors, everyone here is really great. Their system is efficient too - never had to wait more than five minutes past our appointment time to be seen. The facility is extremely well-kept, and definitely caters to kids. Cartoons on in the lobby, bright colors about, and fun wall decals. The rooms themselves are very spacious! At our previous peds office, rooms felt small and confined, but it's complete opposite here. Also any room we've ever been in has a window. Just overall a good vibe - not sterile and hospital-y. Appreciative of the kind care and the willingness the doc/nurses have to chat with us in length (doesn't feel like a revolving door). Oh and both my boys are appreciative of the complimentary book they get after check-ups, how nice! Very happy to take my family here.

Child's pediatrician sent us for a blood draw. Everything else seemed fine, except that after one…read moreblood draw from my child's left arm, we were ready to leave, the nurse found that the blood draw order included some other tests that need more blood, she had to do another blood draw, this time on my child's right arm. The nurse apologized. We were heart broken for both of the little arms of my 5-year old child had to be poked by needles. The other blood draw was due to the error of the nurse, and it should be totally avoided. It is very dangerous that the nurse did not read the order or did not understand the order at best. Everybody going there should be really careful!!!

They are very flexible and ensure we are kept aware of our children's progress or if there are issues with other children or with scheduling they are addressed right away. The meals are included as are lots of the art, crafts and activities. They have extra programs for reading, cooking, math, dance and lots more. The teachers, director and assistant director are always friendly, knowledge and really take the time to get to know our children. We feel Racine KinderCare is really setting up our children for success both socially and academically.

The staff is well trained and kind, and the facility is excellent, especially with a gorgeous view of the lake. Patients here will be treated with top of the line medical care and treatment. We had a very pleasant experience from the time we checked in upon arrival until our departure. The staff was pleasant, caring, thorough, and professional. My husband was interviewed by an RN, and again by a Nurse Practitioner. He Was taken for a chest x-ray, and had a breathing treatment which gave him some immediate and welcome relief. We have never before used Urgent Care, and found this experience to be surprisingly comfortable, and we left feeling we had been well served. We would both recommend this facility.
