Dr. Brewer was my doctor and I never could see him I had to see a backup nurse want to be doctor…read moreshe was the worst and the sad part two times that I came there she handed me a card asking me how I felt if I felt like a man or woman today, talk about a place pushing an ideology, worst service ever never. They claim they handed me paperwork to tell me about my care for the day so I miss appointments in the future that they claim they give me but I don't know because they failed to give me my follow-up care paperwork, I highly recommend you go somewhere else for the health and safety of your family

Very mixed experiences here. Have been taking my toddler there since birth for all well check ups…read more Have always had to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the lobby to be called back and then another 10 to 15 in the room for the doctor to get there. In general experiences have been fine. Not great, or exceptional, just basic and fine. Today I was running behind for my appointment, as toddlers will make you do, and when I got there 10 minutes late I was told that my appointment had been canceled. At no point in time was I made aware of this specific timeframe policy. Then the front desk called back and spoke with the nurse practitioner who was there, and still available for our scheduled appointment, but refused to see us even briefly. What kind of service is this? I understand that there is a schedule that needs to be kept, and I left work early and did my best to get my child there from day care in a timely fashion, however life happens! If you are a family practice and often see families with young children I would expect a bit more flexibility. What infuriates me the most is the fact that the nurse practitioner was there and available however refused to even see us for a short time! Why? The front desk's explanation when I brought up jow long I wait for the dr and still se him was that the dr is more flexible. Well then this nurse should get a different job or shouldn't be taking pediatric appointments. Very disappointing!

I had physical therapy for vertigo, although at that appointment I was not experiencing vertigo…read more The PT asked about my symptoms and as I explained what I had been experiencing she rudely snapped at me and said, "No, now, now what are you experiencing?" I went through the motions of the PT with her completely uncomfortable. I also had a visit with Dr. Katie Van Scyoc, DPY, CFTPT at the Doctor's Ct office. I had strange vibes from her during the appointment. I told her my symptoms and then she performed an internal vaginal exam to test muscle strength. I was uncomfortable with her and felt the first visit was a complete waste of time since she gave me no further info, not even a handout of exercises to do in between visits. I switched to a PT in the Westhaven building. When this PT was reviewing my records she told me Scyoc did not document my internal exam, so the results were not documented either.

The reception lady's are equally professional and curious. From waiting area to PT rooms, everything is clean, comfortable and state of the art. Nice views from spacious private areas as well as excersise room. There is wheelchair accessible parking and entry. Elevator to 2nd floor, automatic doors. They have a mask policy in place, take temperature and ask questions. Everything is sanitized between patients. The staff here is definitely a Hugh part in the success of all of my healing!! I totally recommend to anyone that wants/needs healing from injury to postop care. There Physical Theary is one of the best I've work with!
