I…read morehave been trying to get in to see them since March 2026 after I landed in the emergency room with extreme back pain and couldnt stand or walk. Seems that the only Simon Med Imaging place I can go to is Desert Ridge because I have a pacemaker. I cannot go to any doctor to be treated until I have a recent MRI. My new appointment has been put back 2 more months til August. This is all because they dont have the proper personnel to handle my MRI. As of now only one person can do it and she is backed up two months. Is this anyway to run a Simon Med Imaging office??? So if you have a pacemaker people - lots of luck getting in.

Horrendous customer service. My insurance called me to see if they could get me in here…read morespecifically to schedule an MRI. I told them explicitly I needed a specific date and if you guys couldn't provide that, that this would be a waste of time. The woman I got, Clara, was awful. She refused to even tell me scheduling dates until they submitted all my information in your system. She wasted 40 minutes of my day while I was at work because she didnt know how to do her job. She then proceeded to tell me "well, sorry, 12th isnt available ill put you down for the 14th" no the hell you wont. I told her to cancel everything that I was done with your companies unprofessionalism. Now, I have you people harassing me via call, text, and email! Do not go here! They will waste your time and then harass you ruthlessly!

I had an MRI of my back here. The building is just north…read moreof that ugly Best Buy store. Parking is easy. The checkin and service was professional. But the 25 minutes I spent in the "tube" was very stressful. Worse than expected. They ask you before if you're claustrophobic - who knows until you get in there? I had the prone position (lying down) type. (The sitting option is better, but I read the images are not as clear for the doctors.) I declined the use of blinders - but later I realized I wish I had them on. It's a very tight fit. But the worst is the noises made when the images are created by the MRI. And the noise cancelling ear muffs don't help much. It would have helped if I had taken a sedative beforehand. Or, better yet, have a little wine. (You could drink it in your car before you enter the building.) I'll do everything in my power to never have another MRI !

But the date keeps getting pushed farther out with no explanation except they are swamped. I have a doctor appt coming up. I have told them that but it doesn't seem to matter. I even had my doctor's office call and they got the same run around. I think this is unacceptable. At least give me an honest answer instead of the standard lines.

The layout of the imaging suite I had was well designed and bathed with warm accent lighting. MRI machines are loud, so the technician offered ear plugs, head phones (with my choice of music) or both. I chose both enjoying some great 70's Eagles tunes to pass the time while the GE 3T MRI performed its magic. There was an issue getting my Doctor's imaging order communicated to MH Imaging, but that was not MH Imaging's fault. Once I got the order corrected and resent from my physician's office, the MRI image scan process went smoothly. I want to personally thank MH Imaging for making this State of the Art MRI technology available and price competitive vs. other Milwaukee area imaging options. I arrived about fifteen minutes late due to confusion with their multiple locations on the same street (Layton ave in Milwaukee)--there's another center just two miles away, which is an understandable mix-up. However, the receptionist showed no empathy or effort to understand the situation. When I tried to explain that I was in severe pain and needed to be scanned urgently and also drove 30 miles, she refused to listen, said 'I'm not gonna speak with you anymore' and 'I think you need to leave now.' She offered only 'I can get you in tomorrow' before turning her back on me. I'm sure I'm not the first patient to mix up the locations, especially since only the main facility shows up online. Not to mention she also condoned a hostile patients threatening behavior towards me. Their follow-up communications are also vague and don't even include appointment times. As a healthcare professional myself, I would never interact with patients this way and will not be sending my patients here. We are taught that, as healthcare professionals, patients come in to the facilities on some of the worst days of their lives and these employees showed no understanding of that. The staff could definitely benefit from training in patient interaction and professionalism. Better location clarity and proper follow-up are also needed of course.

It really helped me feel calm and comfortable while I was doing my initial visit registration, which I completed on an IPad and it was so user friendly. My visit with Joanne Browne was awesome. She truly took the time to get to know me and help me work through some issues. I am so glad that I chose Village PCP and will NEVER go back to big health care medicine ever again!

The staff at the front desk are friendly and very helpful. Plus, you don't have to wait forever, or have to walk far to get to the treatment room. This is great if you have walking issues. Not to mention the Tech Karen Is very friendly and makes the time just fly by when doing the imaging. You have a choice where you want to go. Once you go here, you won't want to go back to the regular hospital to have tests done. Not to mention it's cheaper as well. I highly recommend going to MH IMAGING. I went to KRC for the first time in January 2023, for an MRI, for my shoulder…read more My first visit was fine, but everything I've had to deal with KRC since then has been nothing but confusion and stress. I lost my insurance a month after my visit, which caused alot of confusion regarding my bill. It took several months, but eventually it got sorted out. However, trying to get ahold of the billing department was ridiculous. I made several calls attempting to pay my bill, left several voicemails explaining myself, only to be called back once or twice while I was still at work and unable to take phonecalls. I've never had such a difficult time trying to contact a billing department. Eventually I was able to talk to someone and get my bill paid. Then, literally a whole month after I paid, I got a call from a collections agency regarding the same bill. I still haven't been able to figure out if this whole thing is going to poorly impact me at all. But I tried my very best to avoid this kind of thing happening, only for it to happen anyway. And I can't blame anything else except the poor communication from KRC. I'll be getting MRI's from somewhere else going forward, if I can help it.
