I then asked why there were behind as they are usually on time and was told it was me. I said absolutely not, I've been waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby. The response was a half hearted apology and admitting they did not know I was left waiting. I will not be back.

They recommended a turbinate reduction and ballon sinuplasty. After a few weeks I was getting better air flow through one side but not the other in fact I wasn't getting any air through the one side. I mentioned this on my 6 week post op and the PA said that was due to my septum deviation and the bump out blocking my air way. She said if they were to shave it down that would solve it and I could talk to the Surgeon at 12 weeks. I scheduled an appointment with the Dr after waiting 30 min in the room he came in and said sorry I went in to the wrong room... I told him what the PA told me would fix my issue, he told me how much he hates surgery and recommended a different procedure an ablation and another turbinate reduction. I scheduled that and 1 week post op the office manager says the Dr tried calling you 2 days after your procedure he forgot to do the ablation did you get his message. I said no I didnt receive any phone call from anyone that day and showed her my phone, she said oh I wonder who he called... she said we'll you already paid so you can skip the procedure and we can refund you or we can schedule another day for that procedure. I ended up going back again having another procedure to finish the job that should have been done the first time. Now after 12 weeks post op I'm breathing worse than when I went in the first time. The Dr response was well we did a lot in a sensitive area and it needs more time to heal since it's only been 2 months I had to tell him twice its been 3 months and still he said let's give it another 6 weeks and come back for another $80 appointment no thanks I'm done! I went and got another opinion from a different clinic, that ENT went in with the scope saw my septum and said this should have been a siniplasty to fix my deviation. Im now scheduled for a surgery to fix it with this ENT. Thanks for wasting my time and money as I had to pay out of pocket! I wont ever go back and I wont recommend them to anyone! Mysteriously the PA that told me I needed surgery to start with doesnt seem to work there anymore.

I actually had to stop him to tell him, and then he injected roughly in that spot. My shoulder still hurts, there was no improvement. Secondly, they did x-rays for what I believe to be spinal stenosis, but he had nothing to say about them. To their credit, after asking to speak to them, the Dr. did call and was helpful to explain my options. He is going to try to send me the image of my x-ray so I can see it. Hopefully I get that. Then I have to see someone else, I guess, at their practice.

After being told that I've done quite a bit already and perhaps need physical therapy (elsewhere) I was given a prescription and sent on my way. What wasn't explained to me was that the "free foot screening" went out the window once Dr Nute wrote a prescription for a pain medication that I didn't need and never filled. BEWARE that this business is not clear about when the free foot screening ends and the "treatment" begins. After sharing this concern with them, I was told to pay the bill or I'll be sent to collections. I guess I learned my lesson... and wanted to share it with others.

Cordial and professional, she was thoughtful and precise in her assessment of my facial features as she listened to my lip enhancement goals, and then shared her ideas.
