I have been a patient at Rheumatic Disease Center for 15 years. RDC is a high quality independent specialty clinic. I initially saw Dr. Burquist, and now I see Dr. Lim. I have seen several of the other doctors in the practice. I have received excellent state-of-the-art care from the physicians and nurses I have seen. The phlebotomists have great technique; pretty much painless. They know me by name, and coordinate my care with my internist. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Albert for about 6 months regarding an injury from a fall 6/2/2021. I have had X-rays, an MRI, knee surgery, and physical therapy. The first visit Dr. Albert removed fluid from my knee walked it to the lab and came back with a diagnoses. After a conversation with my oncologist Dr. Albert provided the answer to the pain and swelling in my knee that no other doctor had been able to provide. I have been seeing Dr. Albert for approximately 7 months now and was referred to him by another physician's strong recommendation. At that time, I was having swelling and pain in my hands and they had become almost unusable. Opening packages, soda cans, envelopes and anything else that required some strength and dexterity had become very difficult. I was also dealing with more and more joint pain throughout my body and it was affecting my entire life, constant pain leaving little energy to do much of anything. Upon meeting Dr. Albert, I immediately noticed his passion for what he does and he insured me that he could help with my issues. We did blood work, canceled some medications known to create other health issues and started on some new ones. In a period of time as we continued through his process, swelling disappeared, flexibility returned and much of the pain throughout my body has diminished or is gone entirely. I am back to living again! Dr. Albert clearly explains what he discovers as well as his plan of action moving forward. He follows up with phone calls, will always let you know that "he is only a phone call away" should you have questions or concerns, and all information is compiled and available in an on-line portal. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating and the facility is very nice, clean, and conveniently located right off the expressway. I saw Dr Oelke in this group many years with no help being offered. As my symptoms and disability progressed, another physician recommended a partner in the same group, Rheumatic Disease Center. Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Berquist and was refused. "Clinic policy" is that you can NEVER see another doc in the group. What are they so afraid of? Another opinion? I was later told that because Dr Oelke has a terrible bedside manner that the group won't allow "his" patients to switch. I'm not looking for a new best friend, trying to find some help! read more

I have seen Dr. Oelke for a couple of years now. I was having some bizarre health issues , lost 30 pounds went to numerous doctors and he was the only one that could diagnose me. He has wonderful bedside manner very personable and caring. The staff is also very nice . I'm not sure where all these other negative comments are coming from , sorry to hear they had bad experiences .but I've never experienced any of that. Within 2 minutes of walking into the clinic we were greeted by Dr. Albert and knew we were at the right place. Within an hours my husband had a treatment plan. He had been in extreme pain for months. On our second visit he walked in the clinic a week later and he was almost pain free. We would highly recommend Dr. Albert and the entire staff. I cannot believe that I called Dr. Pasha's office for a follow up visit and was told that I could not make an appointment due to a $100.00 balance. The receptionist was rude and did not make an exception to pay the bill once I was in the office for the appointment. I am contacting the medical board regarding this matter. read more

I tried to refer a co worker who had a horrible experience with Dr. Oelke to another member of the group. She was told that she could not switch to another MD there. She is now seeing rheumatology in the Menasha area. I do not agree with their policy and am happy with Dr. Albert. I have had issues with obtaining drug approvals for various reasons but I feel that they do care for their patients. read more

Dr. Pasha here is the absolute BEST! I had been to specialist after specialist the list, spending thousands of dollars trying to figure out a problem, and he was the one who got it right off the bat! He and his team are not only attentive, but he truly listens and truly, truly cares, and truly goes the extra mile for his patients. My first appointment went well & I was very impressed. My follow-up appointment was a complete nightmare. The doctor & his staff did nothing they said they would do. They were going to get prior medical records. I emailed them all my prior doctors that pertained to my disease.
