They were in an in home childcare prior & briefly at the YMCA but Kiddie academy is such a blessing in our lives! From the first day to now they rave about all of the fun activities they do there. I receive ample updates and can tell the teachers REALLY care about my girls. Meals are included making it easier on me as a mom as well. This summer they had many guests come in - zoo animals, a magician, theatre shows, kona ice, scientist, art bus and more. My 2 year old has started talking way more and my 3 year old is now able to write her name and starting to sound out words. My dream was always to homeschool but life had different plans - however I can not stress enough how happy I am that I know they are loved and learning everyday here. Additionally, I love the fact that they go outside often as in previous childcare locations this was so limited. I have toured many of the childcares in the area and I just want to say that this one is truly a gem and I would highly recommend to anyone. The kids here seem happy every time I come in - not just mine but almost all. Daycare is expensive no matter where you send kids but with lunch included this is still cheaper than many neighboring. I have so much good to say and my only complaint- which is not really a complaint- would be the hope to meet other parents more often as my kids go on and on about their friends at school and I wish I could arrange playdates for them at some point.

They showed up on the day of my event to spray but it simply wasn't enough time for the treatment to be effective and my guest were bitten by mosquitoes!! And whoever serviced my yard, placed a lawn sign in front of my house without our authorization. My husband didn't see the sign and he tripped and fell over it!! I've dealt with plenty of contractors and they have always asked for permission to place any kind of advertising signage on private property. What they did is ILLEGAL. And it caused my husband bodily harm. When I spoke to one of the supervisors about it, she laughed! Then tried to justify that placing lawn signs helps them with advertising. Um ok, but again not if it's done without proper authorization. No one from this awful company has reached out to us or has even refunded my money. I've been calling them. Do not hire them for your lawn needs, they are way different now, in the worst possible way imaginable.

Mr. Patel remembered what I needed, handled everything efficiently, and installed the new battery with ease. His professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire process remarkably smooth. I had no idea Batteries Plus provided this service - this is now my go-to store! Dante was polite, responsive, fast, and called me back when he said he would. As soon as he was able to leave the store (which he was tending by himself that morning), he came to my house to install the battery in about 15 minutes. We did get one for my brother-in-law, however, it is the sales team that didn't further investigate my reticence in him having an in-home aide after my sister died. Of course, the bottom line was more important to them. During this time, their lack of knowledge of my brother-in-law's lack of mental acuity came to bite us. His eating habits didn't help his serious physical issues. He was on the floor the last day the aide found him when he was forced to go to the hospital & then a nursing home. Often when I called, the young woman who answered giggled a lot & didn't seem to take my concerns seriously. I lived over an hour away so the phone was the lifeline to ensuring his best care. You will have to be vigilant, nonetheless, if you go the route of an aide so you know! Make sure the agency listens to your concerns, addresses them, and has a plan with certain recognitions in place to keep you informed on what they see. I called the Dept. of Aging to get advice. Just because the one needing care is an adult doesn't mean they're capable of making their own decisions. First there should be some kind of document for the caregiver/you sign to keep them more accountable. If not, the court may be the only way.
