When my grandmother passed, several nurses and aides attended her funeral. We visited my grandmother daily and we knew even when we were not there, shew as getting the best care. As a healthy individual who prefers the convenience of telehealth visits or calling in prescriptions, I was shocked by how rigid, dismissive & business oriented they've become. They outright refused to accommodate my request for a simple tele-visit or prescription refill, instead they wanted to force me to come into the office for the same conversation and medication I've been taking for years. It felt like they cared more about billing for an in-person visit than respecting my time or needs. This level of inflexibility and disregard for patient convenience is unacceptable, especially after decades of loyalty. The whole experience was frustrating and unnecessary, and it has made me seriously question whether this office still values its patients. It's incredibly disappointing to see this kind of treatment after so many years, and I will be reconsidering my options moving forward.

The therapists were far beyond those that I've encountered in the past. These individuals are experienced and knowledgeable in whatever your therapeutic needs are. Their goal is to get you as close as possible to the reason that you were initially prescribed the therapy. I strongly recommend and endorse Restorative Physical Therapy!!
