And each person has been just what my mother needed. We were so thankful that mom had a caregiver, Marti who had a medical background. She was able to see her, many days a week, during Covid when the family could not. We really believed it was Marti that kept mom Covid free. Marti did her best to keep mom positive and upbeat during a very bleak time for the elderly. Every time I call the office I speak to amazingly kind, caring, knowledgeable, and patient people. I live out of state and am very much dependent on mom's caregivers. More recently, mom had to be hospitalized and the caregiver, Stephanie, was our "eyes on the ground" as I dealt with the medical staff and doctors. Each day we would get multiple updates and felt so good knowing someone was there in case mom needed a nurse or doctor. In this most recent circumstance, mom had to go to rehab. And Patty, at the Home Instead office, came along side of me and not only directed me to a great rehab but also went way beyond my expectation and reached out to a rehab, through her own contacts, to find an available bed. Stephanie has now been with mom at rehab and again is giving us much needed reports and follow ups till I am able to arrive next week to spend time with my mother. Finding Home Instead, during my mother's twilight years, has been an incredible blessing.

My mother needed help standing to pivot to use the bathroom during the night, which my sister and I have been doing for months now. Somehow my mom was left to yell for help for who knows how long that she wet the whole bed, which is just neglectful. The next night the aide was over an hour late and then said she wouldn't be able to take care of my mom. We tried to reach the RN multiple times and we were told "someone would be there soon." Clearly there is a lack of training of staff. After we fired this company, both aides had the AUDACITY to say that they had back injuries from taking care of my mother, when we have had other assistance who were 5'1 and never had any problems in helping my mom stand to use the bathroom. This company is a scam and just caused our family more stress when we are already dealing with a brain cancer diagnosis. Do not use them.

My physical therapist that came to my house, Keesha Vassel- Ford, what's phenomenal! It was very frustrating not being able to do everyday tasks and she helped me get through it. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years. She need my recovery so much better I'm so much easier. Anybody who would have her as her as their physical therapist is very very lucky
