Beware. MAD got sold to a large company that does not provide the same level of customized service. I called the local number and got transferred to some call center. I said I wanted to set up _a_ treatment, and the agent immediately tried to sign me up for a _series_ of treatments. I believe they are hiding behind a local name brand that was known for excellent service before the buy out. read more

Years of great service, is now another company looking to take advantage of customers. This company was sold or merged. The old owner retired. This company now is not transparent and upsell unecessary. I canceled services and then they sent me invoices as if the services were done. read more

I recently switched my quarterly service to this exterminator. They were responsive to my needs. They were thorough with the inspection pointing out any possible concerns. They were on time when arriving on the appointment day. The technician was knowledgeable about bugs in my area. He was polite and respectful. The price was reasonable for the size of my house. Would definitely recommend. read more

We had a wasp nest in our grill, so we called Mad based on positive Yelp reviews. An exterminator was able to come out the next business day. They sprayed the nest and told us within 24 hours that we could remove the nest ourselves (which I wasn't crazy about, but I can understand if it was supposed to be a dead nest). However, the next day there were still some wasps. We gave a call back to Mad and they were able to send someone out again today. To my surprise, I came home and the nest was completely gone (just the way I like it!). The job cost about $60 total. Based on the overall experience, I would definitely use Mad again. read more

I had a hive in my basement. They came out and sprayed it for me for $99. The only issue I had was that I couldnt get the hive out after because of location of it. They came out to remove and charged me again plus left bees all over my basement floor. It would have been nice for them to clean up. There were even bees in my washing machine. read more

They were able to get someone out to my house quickly and the technician was prompt and thorough and did a great job explaining what he is doing. I highly recommend them. read more

I had a small rodent problem in the basement with the big rains this fall. Someone from MAD was able to come out the same day I called and set up some traps that were safe to my dog and myself. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe with the Covid precautions. The price seems fair and knock on wood I've not had a problem since. read more

I had called MAD exterminators for termite treatment and control because of their great reviews. I am so glad that I did because they did not disappoint. From the moment I had called them to get an exterminator out to assess and provide a quote, Jessica was so helpful. She knew the time constraint that I was under so she had Mark come out within the hour since he was in the area. Mark was so informative and also was honest about how to go about dealing with the pavers. He had provided the best quote and he wasn't trying to sell me on any extended warranties like other companies. He had come out bright and early today and finished the job in less than 3 hours. I would definitely use them again for any other pest control. read more

Had a yellow jacket nest in my in-laws yard after a few of the kids were stung. MAD was Able to make it out same day to spray the nest. Service was fast and professional. Pricing is fare for services rendered. Communication with Debbie was above and beyond. Will use MAD again. read more

We have used them twice. Once several years ago for ants, and again last week for wasps. We tried to get rid of the wasps on our own but we were unsuccessful and I believe we made matters worse as we were only displacing them! They did their best to fit us in within two days as we were headed for a holiday weekend. Not only did they add us to their schedule, they were able to come over a day early. They were so helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Within a day, the wasps were gone. read more

After a week of seeing more and more bees spend all of their time by our porch, we decided it was time to call a professional as we have a young child. I went to their website and filled out their quote page after-hours and received a response 8:30 am the next morning. When I replied that I was interested, they sent Mark the same day. My wife enjoyed working with him and he actually came in under the quote. We paid over the phone by credit card and everyone we spoke with (Jessica and Debbie) were very nice and helpful. Would definitely do business with them again should the need arise. read more

We purchased our house without a termite inspection (had little choice in this market) and then found an active yellow jacket nest in our yard that DIY methods did not eliminate. MAD came out and did a full interior inspection, showing me what to look for and where termites would likely try to enter. Thankfully, other than an old mouse nest, nothing was found. They did not have a chance to walk around the outside due to rain but they came back the next day and sprayed the yellow jacket nest. They said they would come back if it didn't look like the nest had been abandoned (thankfully didn't need to make that call). The termite inspection invoice was higher than quoted on the phone but it seemed to include the nest spraying, so it was a net positive. read more

Just like to say that it is refreshing to see a company that puts their customers first Had a nest of wasps by our front door. Called MAD they came out within 2 hours and treated nest. Still had some in crawl space. They made a second trip to get rid of the ones that got in. Problem gone. Wife and myself were self employed and that's how you treat a customer. Will use again and highly recommend to anybody that needs their service. Keep up the good work. read more

Great service! Treated and removed a hornets nest as well as treated a hidden nest! Fast, courteous and extremely professional!

Mark gave me a gift.... Peace of mind. They are the best. You can have it as well. I thought my pet brought home flees. Before it was out of control, I picked up the phone immediately. Turns out it wasn't bad but I felt relieved that Tim, a true professional, was able to take care of my home. Thank you M.A.D. Exterminators read more

I had a Yellow Jacket Problem that I tried to take care of with sprays from the local store. In the end that only made my matter worse since then we started finding them inside the house. So when I finally called MAD, it wasn't as expensive as I imagined, and the great thing was that I didn't have to be home while they applied the treatment. After the first treatment we saw about a 90% reduction in Yellow Jackets, but we still found a few here and there. But since MAD guaranteed their work for 30 days, they came back out for a 2nd treatment and that fixed our issue. In the end I could have saved myself some money and some headaches if I would have just called in the beginning. I would 100% recommend MAD exterminators. read more

They were so great!! We had a bee issue and it was solved within hours. Debbie , who answered the phone, was incredibly helpful in listening to my issue and getting someone out to us. The man who came to our house in Schwenksville was incredibly helpful and educated me on bees and calmed me ! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They responded so quickly to my call. Thank you! read more

I have used Mad for years and have recommended them to more people then I can remember. Not only are they professional, they are also reasonably priced. They even have driven to Philadelphia to help my Grandmother. Mark and Tim are awesome and they are the first people I recommended for our clubhouse at our townhome community. They got rid of a number of issues we were having. read more
