During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. I know it will be challenging trying to find the right agency, and finding the right caregiver that will want to help us out on the weekends.. Erika was very helpful, but also very upfront that because of the shortage of workers, it may take some time to find someone. I am glad I called.

My client lost her keys and went to the front desk to ask to be let into her room and the front desk rudely lectured her about how she shouldn't loose her keys! Ummm, this is assisted living, people live here because they need help. She literally argued about calling a Med tech or care giver to let her into the room. Very basic things seem to be out of grasp for this community! Terrible service from management at every interaction. Would not recommend!

They provided around the clock caregivers to help her in and out of the bed, bring her medications to her, prepare her meals, wash the dishes, take the trash out, take her blood pressure and even help her shower. She had around the clock assistance for three weeks from a variety of caregivers who all treated her with the same care and respect as I imagine they would have treated their own family.
