In fact, the first visit by the PT NURSE just might have led in saving my life! She routinely checked blood pressure, and discovered it was precipitously low. She made sure, called the doctor, and that led to Emergency Room treatment that corrected an internal bleeding issue and allowed me to continue recovering.
