When she is a sitter, Mo brings the resident out of the room to engage in activities. Very attentive with so much compassion. Not only is my resident very social, but she is also very interactive when Mo brings her out of her room to enjoy others company. Meals, snacks and nibbles are always given when Mo is sitting. Vickie, patiently and clearly stated the mission of her company and the commitment they have in upholding it for every client they serve. Vickie's understanding of my family's anxiety concerning our elderly grandparent was much appreciated. She validated our concerns and encouraged transparency in all ways. We haven't hired Helping Hands yet, but based on my conversation with Vickie today, we are definitely likely to do so very soon.

BEWARE From the…read morebeginning Magnolia home care seemed pretty nice. I mostly talk to their office assistant. She sent me over all the documents to sign. On the document stated I was going to get $16 an hour. From there I would talk to one of the nurses I guess that was also a scheduler. Scheduled me for a client but did not tell me any info about the client beforehand. Before that work day they sent me over another set of documents to sign. Which they change the base pay to $10 an hour for a home sit or 15 for a facility sit. I emailed them about it and I called them. Called them to see why a change in pay. The assistant said that I might have "misunderstood". Made up excuse like Maybe I talk to one of the foreigner Assistant or whoever that was working that day. But the thing is I only been talking to the assistant or the nurse/scheduler. Nobody that was foreign. So it wasn't a language barrier to misunderstood. When I told them that $10 an hour was not going to work for me but I was willing to work the job on that certain day so they wouldn't be short staffed. The assistant told me don't worry about it. And I quote "you don't have to do us any favors we already removed you from the schedule".
