- She was unable to provide a timeframe for work to be done. She kept telling me she was not sure…read moreof the timing for her work. - However, when questioned she continually started her sentences with, "I have 25 years of experience . . ." Wouldn't that give her the relevant judgment for the timeframe for weekly work. - Billable hours differed from her conversation with me at the conclusion of her work and her actual bill. Her response was that it was the customer's fault. I had indicated I needed a timeframe for work because I had an appointment and needed her to leave. It was under 4 hours of work, however, she billed me for 4 hours. - Moved household items in home without permission. - Stood on kitchen counters to reach up for plants without asking for assistance or permission (did not produce liability insurance). - Left potting soil everywhere she worked. When asked if she would clean up she was complacent and replied, "I'm so tired. I'm getting too old for this job." - Defensively began insulting client's home as a diversion when questioned about her unprofessional behavior. - When questioned about her work, she was very defensive and rude (constantly interrupted did not let the customer finish sentence). - She cannot take client's suggestions well, very rude and defensive. - One of the worse experiences with a 'professional' indoor plant care 'specialist' I have ever encountered. - Neighbors who used her services shared negative experiences with similar complaints. - She charged for 4 hours of work, however, her email refers to 2 hours of work. - Conclusion: Do NOT hire her. RUN!!!

When I tried to get Wesley to come back to fix some loose tiles that were coming up due to improper thinset mix after two years, I was told it was beyond the warrantee. A neighbor had to come help me when Wesley told me I was no longer covered. I have remodeled several houses in my life and this was the sloppiest, most carefess, workmanship ever. Don't know what happened to the Katsina but son's friend was added to the crew without my knowledge. Very disappointed to this day that I chose this company. If you use them, they need constant supervision to not be sloppy and to complete the job per their contract.
