I checked reviews here and kind of randomly called Mike. We spoke for a while and he was quite cooperative about helping me with my inquiry. I ended up not buying that house but fast forward to this month (July 2025) and I bought a house in Prescott. My home inspector found several issues that needed repair that involved several specialties (plumbing, carpentry, drywall). I remembered my conversation with Mike and called him. We had a preliminary discussion on the phone about what needed to be done, and he assured me that he was qualified in all the required areas. It's also important to note that Mike is a licensed contractor. Mike came to the house at the appointed time and date and reviewed my list and checked out the areas where the work was needed. He gave me an estimate based on the number of hours he thought the work would take over a three-day period. Having been around the block many times regarding home repair, I found the estimate to be competitive and reasonable. I hired Mike. He arrived on the job promptly every morning. He completed all the repairs within the estimated number of hours and with much care and expertise. I will definitely be calling Mike for any future work that needs to be done at my house.

At one point, the lead worker actually tried to smooth out paint flaws using his finger, which pretty much sums up the level of professionalism. On top of that, the same worker was loudly dropping repeated profanity during a phone call--easily heard from inside my house and likely by neighbors and their children. To make matters worse, the owner showed up and demanded payment before the job was even finished, despite previously saying they accept credit cards. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor workmanship and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this company.

This contractor is not honest or honorable enough to honor the ad he took out in Prescott's local mailer. I would not recommend him. He may do a crappy painting job and not fix it. Not honoring his ad speaks of his honesty and business ethics.
