On March 22, 2021, my wife called again to clarify if they meant eight to ten weeks before we would get an estimate. They apologized and said no. They said we would have the person who makes the estimates call us back. On April 2, 2021, I telephoned them. They again said that work wouldn't begin until about eight to ten weeks. I explained that my wife had called twice previously and we hadn't heard from them. I asked if they wanted our business or not. They apologized again and said the person who performs the estimates would call by the end of the day. As I write this it is April 23, 2021, and we still haven't heard from them. Like I said above, I am not reviewing their actual work, just their terrible customer service and lack of wanting business.
