Ended up moving into another house and needed some screens re-screened and thought I'd give them…read moreanother chance. I called and spoke with Zack (didn't mention our previous interaction at another property) and we made an appointment and he showed up when he said he would - a good start considering previous experience. He then advised me that he didn't have material on his truck for the repair, but would have the screens ready later in the week by Friday. Friday morning comes and I've not heard anything from Zack. Around 1p I called The Mobile Screen Shop and left a message asking about the screens and for a call back. Zack returned my call about an hour later, apologizing for not being in touch - I kind of felt (based on what he said) that my screens were forgotten about, but said Steve would be by my house later with them. Steve did in fact show up as promised with the screens - all good. In the end, it all worked out, yet I still can't help but feel like this is a side gig for these folks or something? I feel like if I hadn't called to follow up yesterday afternoon I would still be without my screens. Lastly, I should add that Zack called me after my initial review a year ago and apologized for the misunderstanding which is why I decided to give them another chance this last time.

On 1016/23 my Husband called and left a message, while Rick did return the call on 11/17/23, hubby's phone was off as we were traveling via aircraft there was no message on hubby's phone just the number from Tabor showing they called. I then called and left a message the afternoon of 11/17/23 asking for a call back for 11/18/23, I did not receive a call back nor did I have a text or email message. I can only assume Tabor decided not to quote this project, l which is sad as we were prepared to build just needed the quote to move forward.

We were not able to get them to return telephone calls to give us an estimate for work we want to have done. My wife called on February 26, 2021. She was told that we would be called back to set up an appointment for an estimate and that they were presently eight to ten weeks out before they would start to work. On March 22, 2021, my wife called again to clarify if they meant eight to ten weeks before we would get an estimate. They apologized and said no. They said we would have the person who makes the estimates call us back. On April 2, 2021, I telephoned them. They again said that work wouldn't begin until about eight to ten weeks. I explained that my wife had called twice previously and we hadn't heard from them. I asked if they wanted our business or not. They apologized again and said the person who performs the estimates would call by the end of the day. As I write this it is April 23, 2021, and we still haven't heard from them. Like I said above, I am not reviewing their actual work, just their terrible customer service and lack of wanting business.
