I don't know about mailing and shipping. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR NOTARY SERVICE. I went there to get my basic certificate notarized, and the man said he cannot notarize it since he cannot notarize birth certificate. I told him it is "basic certificate", not "birth", and I explained how the government office told me to bring notarized basic certificate, and how Korean Consolidate told me to get the document translated and notarized. I said I'm sure you can notarize it since 2 officials told me to get it notarized, and he didn't seem to understand anything. He was saying "It has your birthday on it so I can't notarize it cuz it's birth certificate" like 5 times repeatedly. Oh My God, what kind of official document doesn't have a person's birthday on it? So he was basically saying he can't notarize any document with birthday on it. So I went to The UPS Store across and Kevin who I believe is the owner of the store notarized my document immediately! Okay. Please, don't do notary service if you don't know what documents are what. read more

When I am in a pinch I would run by here to grab something quick only because I live 1 minute from here and your literally in and out. All the times I have gone in, the man is so rude. WHEN he gives eye contact, it's not friendly at all! And I have watched him when people walk out he shakes his head. Shipping prices ARE outrageous as mentioned! I have attempted to ship out one time before too but pricing seemed off.. I went on over to Post office and got a completely different figure!! I know he has to pay his rent but there is no need to hike up a price that much! More than one person comments about him being rude- there's obviously truth to it. And I just love his comment - 3 sides to a story: my side, your side, and the truth. He basically called himself out on being a liar, Claiming both sides are lies and then there's the truth. Nick you should be sorry. Sorry for a partner who is a bully, not professional, spouts political rhetoric in a public business, overcharges customers, has a decade old computer for hourly rental that must be on the slowest cable connection, he rips off people on a daily basis. For instance, I witnessed him throwing a major temper tantrum in front of four customers. Raging at a woman. He closed her mailbox rental without notice, threw away her mail, and would not refund the money she paid for the remainder of the month. It was very upsetting. Outside I spoke with the post man who was making his rounds delivering mail. He confirmed that Jim is intolerable and he's been witness to Jim's tirades on a daily basis. read more

Actually Jim- the 2lb box claiming to be 4. Was a whole seperate attempted transaction! Re read my review. The big box that you said $400 I was not claiming at 2lbs or 4lbs! Secondly, I asked post office if the quote could have been a fed ex quote and they laughed and said no way!, UPS wouldn't even charge that. Post office doesn't pad prices, it's scale and dimensions. They too laughed when i mentioned the quote you had just given me and said that they know you and more than just me have complained about you. You have your scale tipped. I'd adjust honesty and friendliness in your shop and maybe you wouldn't be given these reviews. read more

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS BE SURE TO READ THE FILTERED REVIEWS! I find it very interesting that most of the "filtered" reviews are 5 star. I wrote a review the other day and it was deleted. Do businesses have to PAY YELP to get all valid reviews posted? Sure seems so. This is wrong and unethical, period! My husband and I are a retired couple...not some young kids who live for their smart phone or iPad, and have written very few business reviews. We've had a PO Box here for at least 15 years and do all our mailing services through Jim and his crew and have been extremely happy with the service and staff. This place is Rip off charging $2.00 for a Prepaid UPS package from Amazon return. I called The UPS Corp and notified them about these charges and was told by them to use their stores and not the Dealers. I took my business to The UPS Store who were far gracious and appreciated my business right across from Send it Packing. Send it packing should be Sent off packing soon!!!! read more

If you take your documents to these guys to shred you run the risk of the whole town knowing about your business. I was in this business and heard the owner/manager talking about documents that he was shredding to somebody on the phone and thought it was funny to discuss somebody's private business.
