The charges we disputed and had recalled directly from our bank were for charges made after we had explicitly canceled our account. This unauthorized charge was the direct reason for the chargeback. Furthermore, our legal dispute extends to at least six months of services for which SENAVIA has provided no verifiable reports or results, only excuses. We were paying a staggering $2100 per company for two separate companies, totaling $4200 monthly, for SEO and Google Ads management. We consulted with six independent digital marketing companies, and all of them consistently identified the same critical issues: a complete lack of organic search growth, numerous SEO problems, significant website issues, and missing links. We even discovered that Google Ads were created for products not even in our catalog, which SENAVIA deceptively presented as a "growing campaign strategy." All of our claims are thoroughly documented through extensive email and text message communications. Our company's inboxes are filled with countless emails attempting to understand the perpetual delays and lack of progress since 2024. Regarding the video review, it's true that SENAVIA relentlessly requested one via email for a "new website" they were supposedly developing. We have all these emails and texts, but we never provided a review due to our consistently negative experience. At the time, we were still holding onto a slim hope that SENAVIA would eventually deliver on their promises, despite 18 months of severe underperformance. It became abundantly clear that SENAVIA's primary concern was growing their own business, not delivering on the services we paid dearly for. We paid for 18 months based on SENAVIA's insistent recommendation that we needed two separate accounts. However, consultations with seven different market experts unequivocally confirmed that our actual needs only required one Google My Business profile and one website. SENAVIA presented their "two account" strategy as the "best way to address the market," and we, unfortunately, believed him as "the professional." It's now evident that this was a deliberate tactic to double our monthly payment with no real benefit or justification. A fundamental and deeply problematic aspect of our entire engagement was SENAVIA's complete control over our digital assets. Despite paying for these services for 18 months, we were never granted direct access to any of our accounts. SENAVIA only provided reports, which is entirely unacceptable and not standard practice in digital services, where clients should always have direct ownership and control over their assets. Our disappointment escalated significantly when, after we canceled services and the unauthorized charge occurred, SENAVIA maliciously took down our website. This vindictive action, a direct consequence of SENAVIA maintaining full control over our assets, forced us to pay again for a new website, a service we had already invested in for months with SENAVIA. We stand firmly by our original assessment and, given these egregious circumstances, reiterate our demand for our review to be removed from SENAVIA's website. To prospective clients reading this review: We strongly urge you to thoroughly research any digital marketing company and insist on having full control and access to all your digital assets. Do not make the mistake we did; demand transparency and clear results from any provider, especially when they charge exorbitant fees without showing a tangible return on investment. Our lawyer sent a Demand letter via email and certified mail, in that request is a REMOVAL of the video that you requested several times via text and email because you were launching a new website. This video was recorded to support your business, and was recorded before we found out from 7 independent marketing companies that for 7-8 months out pages were not getting attention, or the improvements you company was claiming to offer for the price you were charging us.
