I did a lot of research for roofers in Miami. I was talking about getting a new roof on my home…read morewith my father-in-law who recommended this company who had replaced all the roofs in the condo complex. Over 41 buildings. I spoke to George who was very professional and listened to exactly what I wanted and needed. He inspected the roof and gave me an estimate. I happily signed on the dotted line and gave him the deposit. They came out as soon as the permit was approved and started right away. The workers were very nice to us and knew exactly what they were doing. Unfortunately they found a lot of damage on my roof that I was unaware of which drove the cost up. I had to replace a lot of the decking on one side of my home. This home is located in south dade and survived Andrew. The roof had not been done since then and that is why we did not see the damage. I also asked him to replace my roof with the toung and groove instead of plywood so that my roof stays uniform. The county came to inspect and even said that they knew exactly what they were doing. Needles to say, all was done to perfection, roof looks great and I even convinced the owner of my office building to use them for the commercial roof of over 120 squares!
