I employed "Skals IT" to speed up my laptop and fix the "no sounds" out of speakers or headphones…read moreissue it recently had. Had happened in the last two days, were working and just suddenly stopped working. But did work to an external source like extended screen. The good - he accessed my laptop by remote connection and he cleared a lot of bloatware with CC Cleaner free version. And did get my laptop to run better. But he couldn't get my sound to work on on speakers or headphones and after uninstalling and reinstalling Realtek drivers a few times, he stated that the sound-card must have failed on the laptop, which either requires a used motherboard to be fitted (because new aren't available) or buy a new laptop. The bad: So I did some digging and found an app called "Fortrek for windows". I paid for one year's service and "Fortrek" went right through my laptop, cleared up more junk on it AND updated every driver that was out of date. It rebooted my laptop after all processes and guess what? My sound is now working on the speakers and on the headphones perfectly.

I had to come to their location in Miramar to pick up concert tickets I won through 105.9's…read morestation. It was confusing because iHeart Media I guess oversees several stations in the area. The location is hidden, down a long street. Luckily I found it with my google maps! I found parking right in front of the entrance. I walked in and was overwhelmed how big the lobby was. It was also very clean and modern looking. I was the only one there so I was greeted right away by the woman at the desk. She was very friendly and offered her assistance. I informed her I was picking up concert tickets from 105.9. She stopped what she was doing and went to search for them. I was then given a form to fill out while she did her paperwork. She was approached by another employee about another task and she took care of that as well. I was given my tickets and she told me to enjoy and have a nice day. She was one of the friendliest people I have met in a while! I have visited another station to pick up tickets and the girl was the total opposite so this experience was refreshing. Thanks Big 105.9!
