You can go to this link and see the shirts that were created. Post CAT 5, Hurricane Dorian, we had to get shirts made for our volunteers that were (and are) going out to deliver donated goods. We wanted to make sure the shirts distinguished our organization with others. And it did! We of course were not looking to spend a lot (as our proceeds are going to those in need) but at the same time keep with the quality of shirts. Especially with the post hurricane conditions of not being able to wash clothes as consistently as you can in 1st world amenities (think 3rd world or beyond post hurricane conditions). Nick and his team came through with our time line for both orders we had. He proved to us when we did our first order of shirts that quality did not go to the wayside with the time constraints we gave him. Both orders were done beyond our expectations. On top of that he dropped them off at the Freight Forwarder in Fort Lauderdale to have them brought over via plane for our volunteers to wear the shirts. He stayed in tight communication via text, email and phone and assisted rapidly (and very patiently) on the changes we kept throwing his way of the Donors we had to add to the back of the shirt. My family had flown in the night before and I was to drop them off at the port in Miami to catch a cruise. Well they were going on a trip with a large group and didn't realize until the morning of departure that they'd somehow left one of the gift bags with one of their the pre-made group t-shirts in the airport somewhere. So one person out of my four-person family didn't have the group shirt. By the time they realized the shirt was missing, we only had 2 and a half hours until we had to leave the house to head to the port. I called a few places but no one would help or even showed any interest or care in helping to solve my problem, until I called McKee's. I don't recall what her name was but she jumped right into action trying to help me. I ended up not going through with the order because by the time we finished our last-minute errands, I wouldn't have had time to get there, get the shirt and get back in time. With that said, I need to place an order for company shirts soon and instead of using the company we usually go with, I'm going to give McKee's the order solely based on house I was treated when I really needed assistance. I would like to share my candid review about my experience with Mike. He agreed to proceed. I sent my blank t-shirts, which were delivered on November 17, 2025, and then sent my high-density print rubber with my logo on November 28, 2025. However, he did not communicate the labor costs involved. We communicated until December 5, 2025, but I did not hear from him again for nearly three weeks until December 22, 2025. When he finally responded, he explained that he had to step away for business unexpectedly, but he failed to inform me of this situation beforehand. Since December 22, I have not received any further updates. I have called daily and sent an email, but I have not heard back for nearly a month. This lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on his business practices. At this point, I simply want my items returned, as I am not willing to wait any longer.
