I have seen multiple negative…read morereviews that people have left on other sites (same name but wrong company) about this company. Unfortunately I saw none until after my horrible experience. They milked us out of thousands of dollars with absolutely nothing to show from it except some blogs (literally less than 10). When trying to cancel the contract, the refused - even with months notice. We contracted for SEO, plus social media, plus blogging, etc. All of the blogs needed editing by us (why pay someone if we are still doing the work?) on a weekly basis, and it was evident that they just used AI to write the blog. There were spelling errors, grammatical errors, some activities weren't even for the correct area, the photos were of incorrect items and/or named incorrectly. The didn't listen when we gave them feedback. Corrections took forever to make. It would take weeks of going back and forth to fix and AI generated blog before posting. Extremely frustrating and not worth the time/effort/money. Although they said they worked on SEO meta tags, etc., I am currently going through my website on the backend, and everything is blank. We paid them for an entire year (yeah, our fault but they refused to let us out of the contract even though we were dissatisfied.) In addition to not doing the work, they completely messed up the voice and tone of our branding with the work they did complete. I have spent countless hours fixing font that was inconsistent, titles that didn't match the layout of the website, and errors that some rookie tech person didn't pay attention to. It is completely frustrating. If I had the money I would hire an attorney. They also claim to be from Florida, however the agents who reached out were from all over the world, and often the time change was difficult to reach people when we needed. Do not use this company. Do. not.

Every single project they've executed has far exceeded my expectations, beyond what I was even initially looking for. There's no other company in this country that has offered, nor has been willing to provide the services they do (and the at cost). Aside from their exceptional service, I found the biggest relief was the feeling of trust I have with this company. I know that these guys aren't finagling me, or just trying to make a "pretty penny". This company is honest, and doesn't give you more then you don't need, which is for a FACT few and far between nowadays. Bottom line, they've done every single thing I've ask, have always been reachable for questions or input, and have flat-out never let me down. What else could I ask for? I'm giving them 6 stars

I interviewed many web designers after that and immediately felt that Network Strategics was different. From the start, they were the easiest, most thorough, and most professional web design firm I spoke with. They truly understood what I needed and, most importantly, they delivered. Network Strategics completely took the stress out of the process and handled everything with clarity, efficiency, and care. Working with UADV has been an absolute game-changer for my consulting business. Honestly, I can say…read morewithout a doubt that partnering with them was the best decision I could've made for my clients. From the get-go, their communication and professionalism were top-notch, and they really took the time to understand each of my clients' unique needs and goals. The results after just three months have been undeniable. My clients have seen significant increases in organic traffic that were able to be tracked back to the work the UADV team did. Their expertise in keyword research and onsite optimization has skyrocketed my clients' search engine rankings, landing several key pages on the first page of Google for very competitive terms. One of my clients, a local restaurant/club, was blown away by the increase in online reservations and foot traffic after the UADV team audited the only reservation strategy and created a whole new funnel that solved our issue with plateaued online reservations. Another client, an e-commerce store, has seen a major boost in sales and a lower bounce rate with the quality of content that started being produced by the UADV team. Unlike past agencies, they always keep me in the loop with easy-to-understand reports that showcase the progress (and pitfalls) being made. The team is always ready to answer my questions and provide any insights I need to understand where we are and where things are going. I can't recommend UADV enough to any business owner looking for a reliable, results-driven SEO agency.
