I am a single mother and it could not have come at a worse time for us. Facing the fact that it was a total loss in which towing was not covered , I was at a loss and besides myself. However the Ladies I dealt with were absolutely wonderful. They understood the dire situation I found myself in and they worked with me, and believed me when I wanted to take care of my debt to them. As promised I followed through and they made me cry! Well almost, but they were tears of relief, joy, a weight being lifted.. My car had to be cut out of some hefty Hemlocks and certainly was not the norm. I am sure it came with an expense for the company. Not only were these two wonderful women my heroes, but the owner as well! Bet he wasn't expecting someone to ask if they could hug him simply for his generosity and kindness. I highly recommend Kirk's if you are true to your word, they WILL work with you! Lisa

The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

Bought groupon voucher, paid $99 dropped off the car for detailing…read more False advertisement were running on groupon like "clean cars inside and out during three to four-hour details that include engine cleaning" I am not concerning that they didn't touch engine and out of the car, but inside was terrible job. They didn't even bother themself to wash the seats. They think just vacuuming is detailing. ridiculous. Nobody scammed me like that before. No uploading pictures after detailing. I took a radiator there to find out how much to have it re-cored. I was told they would call me…read moreafter they measured and got a price. I waited and waited but no call. I contacted them twice in the 2 weeks they had it and only got excuses. I'm a car guy and have dealt with MANY businesses and have never been treated this way. Finally tired of waiting, I went to get my radiator and take elsewhere. As soon as I told them I wanted my radiator because it was almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done, the lady said "oh, I got that price for you, let me total it up" and she came back with a ridiculous price of well over $500 dollars! (this is only a small 2 core radiator btw) I got excuses about inflation, prices of copper have gone up, etc. I told them to forget it I'm going elswhere but then they charged me $42.50 because they have a policy that if they test or clean a radiator even if it's not repaired by them, they charge this "service fee". This is total BS and a scam! I never asked them to leak test or clean it, I only wanted a quote! I knew it leaked, that's why I was there! If it wasn't from an antique car of mine I might have walked out and left it behind with their "service charge" but I could not. This is a scam and terrible business practice. They don't need to do any real work, just string you along and do a quick cleaning/test and they get $42.50 for nothing. You get to either pay the "ransom" to get your radiator back or have them actually do the work and really get taken. (and heaven knows how long that would have been if it takes 2 weeks to get a quote!) I have filed a complaint with the BBB and asked for a refund of this money.
