(The resulting clacking sound could indicate engine damage.) They tried to blame it on my engine burning too much oil but this has never been the case with my former garage. The person I spoke with was condescending, not believing and not at all interested in the possibility that I could have a valid opinion. Won't go back. I said "mixed proficiency" because I'd gone to them once in the past and it was fine - that wasn't an oil change, however. I'm very glad I was able to go back to my former garage and that I have that experience for comparison. I would say that they are on the defensive about their work, also that they have a greedy mentality, charging for "loaner" cars. Customer value is number 1 and along with that, valuing what your customer has to say about their experience.

Well, they not only were there sooner than I was told, but they sent an AWESOME Towing Tech named Alex! Alex was very professional and caring of my son's Mustang, as if it was his own! I called late one evening after I called my roadside assistance twice and they never showed up. An officer suggested i call Fast Lane. This company was there within 30 minutes and as my car was on its way as the other company showed up. They were professional and treated my car well and the driver was very pleasant. The price was fair, for being a towing company their trucks were clean inside and out (I didn't mind riding in it) and I had a nice conversation with the driver which was nice. So even though I was in a bad mood, the experience was pleasant. I took the bill and turned it into my roadside company, they reimbursed me for most of it.

My vehicle is currently in the shop again as a direct result of the blind loyalty, incompetence, and lies of an asinine owner to an employee who at the very least needs training and coach counsel. I received a text driver would arrive by 521…read more I received a phone call from probably the most arrogant rude disrespectful sorry excuse for a man telling me my tow would be arriving 7-730. When i attempted to question he told me the text saying "by" was not actually a "by" a certain time but an ETA. He told me "not my problem" any time I tried to explain the 521 was very important since my child was with me, the dealership was closing at 7. He told me to go home and come back? Um my car needed a tow. I was yelled at, I was screamed at, I was told to walk 3 miles with my child down Hamilton all for just wanting respect and to be spoke to respectfully. We were on I 78 and it was as in a construction zone and the shoulder was tiny. Cars were speeding by a couple of feet away. It was getting dark. We called Yocum and they said they could be there in 45 minutes but my wife explained the situation and then said ok, we can do 15 minutes and they did. After we did the tow, their employee Dave patiently explained our options. Then we were trying to figure out what to do with a dead car and they stored it and were able to ship it back up to NY a few days later. They really made a terrible situation bearable.
