Each time they've had the truck it takes weeks to here anything, no one returns my calls and I usually have to show up there in person to get answers!! The last time it was there they put new injectors in and now it is hydro locked due to one or more of those injectors dumping fuel nonstop. They've had the truck well over a month and it is still sitting in the same spot in the parking lot where it was dropped off!! I've tried calling several times and never get a return call. Stay away from this shop if you ever want to see your vehicle again!!!

Put truck in dealership shop to prepare it for my trip. Four hours later, after bringing in a retired master tech, dealership determined it was a bad ground and re-wired it. Went to my trailer and lights still don't work. Next day I call T.P. Trailers and they say bring truck in. Three minutes and ninety five cents later I have a new fuse and my trailer lights work. I came in and Keith looked the car over said since the engine will be torn apart if I wanted to replace the serpentine belt (it was wearing out), sparks plugs (they had never been changed because you have to take the top part of the engine off to do it and it costs about $600) and timing chain (the parts were about $300 and having the peace of mind of a new timing chain was worth it) I would only be charged for the parts since the labor is the same. Doing all that was still less than what the dealer wanted to charge just for the water pump. Excellent service, they went out of their way to have the car ready. The office staff is great. The car now runs great! I highly recommend them.

My fiancé was in a car accident two nights ago and the police dispatched this business to tow our vehicle from the scene. The car was totaled and my fiancé was taken to the hospital immediately from the scene. When I got to the scene, I was going to get all the stuff from the car, but the tow truck driver gave me a car and told me I didn't have to worry about it and I could get it the next day from the lot. When my fiancé and I showed up to get our belongings from the vehicle, the woman at the desk had us sign a "promise to pay" document, since we were getting our belongings. She printed out a second copy and that's when a man came in from the shop area and approached the desk. You could tell he was already mad. He was wanted us to pay $650 to get our stuff. He did not tell me at the crash site that I would have to pay, so I was not prepared for that. The card he gave me at the site also states they cannot guarantee the safety of my vehicle or it's contents and that they are not liable for any damage or theft, so I did not feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in the vehicle. Neither myself or my fiancé have ever been in an accident and had to deal with this stuff, so we were unsure what to expect, but it definitely wasn't the irate cursing out of the man from this shop. I am a 5' tall woman...not intimidating at all, and this man verbally attacked me. He tried to tell me that my fiancé was arguing with he police that night, when my fiancé wasn't even there. I did have him on FaceTime while I was on scene, while he was in the back of the ambulance on his way to the hospital. The officer was just asking him questions about what happened and all that. After slamming my car keys on the counter, 3 inches away from my face, he told me "get your fucking shit and get off my lot" and told us not to sign the paperwork that was in front of us. So that's what we did. We went to the lot and started collecting everything from the car and this man then came out to us. I immediately started recording on my phone (I already had it out taking pics for the insurance company) because I already knew that he was likely to start berating me again, which he did. I will NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE, as this man judged my fiancé and I based on the year of our vehicle and the level of insurance we had on the car. He assumed we would not pay the fee for his services simply because we had an older car and basic car insurance. Funny thing is, I had every intention of paying (I do have morals and respect small businesses, especially local), I just wanted to talk with the insurance company first. I hadn't yet done so because I was waiting to get pictures and video of the vehicle. My suggestion is to avoid this place at all and if you HAVE TO go in there, don't go in alone. The owner is NOT friendly, attacks you on a personal level, judges you depending on your tax bracket, berates you in front of his employees and other customers, and is all around not a good business man.

I rode back with tow truck driver to their shop. Enterprise Rental was contacted - they picked me up to obtain a vehicle for the duration of the repair. Paul Sr. and his staff began to work on the parts and labor estimate that same morning to send off to my insurance company. They initially told me they would need 12 working days to complete repairs. Of course they ordered genuine Toyota parts (new hood, front bumper, headlight and wheel well trims) I did not expect the car back until Thanksgiving week. They called me Nov 10th - car was repaired. Not 12 days but 9 shop days! They matched the Barcelona Red paint to meet the older painted components. Car is back in running order. I will ONLY take my vehicles to Sanatoga Auto Body. Ask around to other body shops, some could take weeks to get one car through the repair shop, paint booth, ordering of replacement parts, and rebuilding vehicle. Don't mess around with anyone else.
