They replaced the awning. The new one is all wrinkle on one side when they gave the RV back. We told her it was not installed properly and she started screaming like a maniac to get out of the office and off the property. There is no way I would let an idiot like this ever touch my RV again. A qualified business will fix what they damaged and hopefully the court will make them pay for it although it says online they don't pay their judgements. I don't understand why they are still allowed to operate. The photo below shows right side of awning wrinkled and a grove in it. Also the motor is running slow. It is plain to see that they didn't cut the awning correctly. Articles found on the web say if RV awning is not installed straight it can also burn out the motor. They told me 3 techs worked on it for 5 hours. They also repeated overheated the motor with their incorrect install and 5 hours of running the awning in and out. At one point they called and said the motor was bad, but an hour later it was good again. It was over heating and opening the motor protection thermistor and removing power till the motor cooled. The awning only needed to be replaced and now I have a major repair job. YOU DON'T WANT TO GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS BUSINESS

The motor has not even been wiped off and did not look like it had even been taken apart. I suspect they just filled the fluid and moved on. I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. I tested it before leaving the store and it worked fine. Of course, when I went to use it at home, it didn't start. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

My second warranty issue reported I received no response from their staff. I ended up contacting the NuCamp RV manufacturer directly to get my second issue resolved.

It was this frustration which led us to the internet and where we came across Miller Trailer Sales after searching for the specific make and model of trailer we wanted, a nüCamp T@B CS-S Boondock. Miller Trailer Sales had the exact make and model we wanted, with the graphics package we were looking for, at a price much lower than our local dealer. Additionally, Miller Trailer Sales offered options to change a graphics package and modify the microwave with a drawer kit based on our needs. This was customer service that we never thought possible when trying to buy a trailer. Even with some distance hurdles to overcome, Samuel Miller, of Miller Trailer Sales, was more than willing to walk us through the purchase. He had assured us there was no issue purchasing from out of state, in fact, he had done this with several other customers from our state. He was very pleasant to work with over the phone and through email. His father was also quite willing to perform repair work on the trailer harness, which had been incorrectly installed on our vehicle by our local dealer. Once the date of pickup was set, we traveled to Miller Trailer Sales and dropped off our vehicle for the harness work, and Samuel picked us up (even with our daughter and dog coming along for the ride) and brought us to the sales office. The transaction was incredibly smooth with no complications or high-pressure sales tactics to purchase extras. All the paperwork was ready for us to make the purchase. After that was completed, Samuel spent over three hours walking us through the trailer we purchased, taking his time to explain every facet of the new unit. Not only that, he informed us of important maintenance items we need to address with our other trailer the local dealer never informed us about. Samuel walked around the trailer and described each item in detail and answered all of our questions patiently. Once our vehicle was ready with the new harness (repaired and wired correctly), Samuel's father, Preston, brought it to the sales office and explained how the hookup would work. After explanation and hookup, we were asked one more time if we had questions. Then they gave us safe directions to get on the highway back home. Miller Trailer Sales was fantastic to deal with. They all made the experience a positive one from start to finish. You will not find a more competent, positive, and friendlier nüCamp trailer dealer in the Northeast. Their prices are unbeatable, their service is topnotch, and the people are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend Miller Trailer Sales.
