The transaction involved a number of moving parts, including a co-owner buyout and my transition from salaried employment to self-employment. Mike and Andrew were excellent throughout the process. They were responsive, patient, thorough, and calm, even when there were tight deadlines and a lot of documents and logistics to coordinate. They understood that this was more than a standard refinance and treated the transaction with real care. I always felt that they were working hard behind the scenes to keep everything moving and make sure the loan closed on time. They made a complicated and emotional process feel manageable. I'm extremely grateful to both of them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their team to anyone looking for a lender who can handle a more complex situation with professionalism, persistence, and genuine care.

I especially appreciated their willingness to work through the details of my financial situation, including coordinating credit card payoffs and helping me gather the necessary documentation. They were solution-oriented and helped keep everything moving forward. Michael also took the time to walk me through different financing options and helped me secure a mortgage that aligned with my monthly budget. My experience has been mediocre with this loan agent and US Bank. I have done at least a dozen of…read morereal estate refinancings with different loan agents over the years, so I am familiar with the process. 1. The refinancing process was a little chaotic, and some departments in the bank were slow to move files despite borrower's multiple warnings of deadlines to the loan agent, so the loan did not close on time, which caused significant complications and expenses due to borrower's upcoming overseas traveling. 2. The loan agent promised a processing fee refund after loan closing, but he refused to honor it later. The borrower had to escalate the issue with his supervisor to get the fee refund. 3. Several months after loan closing, the title company told me they are still missing various signatures and notary acknowledgment pages for loan closing and they had to make an appointment with me to redo these pages. There seem to be many gaps in their refiancing operations.
