In the grand scheme of things I do appreciate that the interior controlled climate spaces do take care of my stuff well but I don't appreciate the fact that in one years time my rent has gone up three times. What used to cost me just a little over $100 is now costing me $200. As soon as I can finish my home renovations, I will be removing my stuff immediately. read more

Then this whole mess. should have listened to the other Yelp reviews, DO NOT rent here, there customer service is terrible, they out of nowhere increase the rent on you. I read the whole contract there is no rent increase it has only been 9 months. tried calling 4 times in the last half hour they say that they will call you back and save your place in line. I got the call back and answered on the first ring but there auto caller hung up on me so I called back then a guy answered asking my number I said I think so when he stated a number. and he said hold on a second then hung up on me. called back a third time and they main office ansewed then forwarded me to the business who didn't pick up. when I tried calling back a 4th time it just ended the call. Reserved a unit only to visit the site and be told it wasn't available. Reserved a unit at another site and was unable to confirm its availability via email. Called and was told there was a unit available at the first site now. Rented it over the phone and was given an access code only to go to the site and the code didn't work. Called and was given multiple code variations, again with none working. Asked to speak with a manager and was transferred to a voice mail. Called back, said I wanted to speak to a person and was transferred to the same voice mail. Overall an incredibly frustrate experience. Looking elsewhere. read more

The light above my storage unit has been out since at least the end of July and still needs to be replaced making it very hard to see... a work order was finally placed a week ago but still waiting. now today come to find roaches in the facility. another cust said she's seen them everywhere this to has been going on for week. i callled last week to report this and was told someone would call me from management still nothing and more live roaches today. read more
