The front desk staff is always friendly, and they even have a little coffee bar in the mornings, which is such a nice touch. I've been training with AJ, and I can't recommend him enough. Coming from someone who knew almost nothing about gym equipment or strength training (I was mainly a Pilates girl), he made everything easy to understand and made me feel comfortable asking questions. He's patient, encouraging, and genuinely cares about helping you improve. Since starting here, my body has changed so much, but honestly, so has my mindset. I've gained confidence, learned proper form, and actually look forward to coming to the gym. No matter what fitness level you're at, I've never felt judged or out of place. There are people at every stage of their fitness journey, and it's a really supportive environment. I've also attended one of their women's events, which was such a fun way to meet people and be part of the community. It really feels like more than just a gym. Additionally, after I started working out 4-5 times per week I began having issues with a range of different muscle and joint pains (basically I kept hurting myself). So I decided to sign up for sessions with Tatum myself, and she taught me a regimen of stretching and corrective exercises which has basically cured my issues. I tried pretty much every cycling option in the area via Class Pass, and M0XI3 proved to be superior in every way. Everyone I've encountered who works here has been professional, welcoming, and kind, which, surprisingly, wasn't always the case at some of their competitors. All cycling classes are not created equal. I've found that when instructors focus heavily on themed rides, sometimes the speed and intensity get lost, and the class ends up feeling like 45 minutes of a slow, heavy ride. I haven't experienced that here. I've frequented Justin and Mike's classes, and they are challenging in the best way. The music is always incredible, the energy is great, and they truly make instructing look so easy when we all know it's far from it. You know you have a great instructor when the choreography is clearly explained, the verbal cues are on point, and the entire room, from beginners to veterans, are completely synced up and moving together. Overall, I'm really impressed with the way they run their business and the talent they attract with their staff. It's clear there's a lot of thought and intention behind the experience they create, and it really shows.

This gentlemen listen to me closely and heard what I said. The gym updated paper towels and chemicals to wipes. I see staff and cleaning crew helping out by keeping the gym clean. Sweat is being wiped down from the machine. Javier has updated me that they are looking to post signs as a respectful reminder for folks. I want to upgrade my 3 star to 5. Thank you for listening to me and taking initiate. Appreciate it. I will be keeping my membership on going with my wife.

However, this gym is very busy and with people who have questionable gym etiquette. You'll often see guys working out with their shirts off, saving 2 machines at once with their gym bag on one, and on their phone on the other, while flexing into their selfie sticks. It wouldn't be a big deal if this gym wasn't constantly busy, but it is. It doesn't matter what time of day you come, it's always full. Today, there was a hot pink Lamborghini parked in the handicap spot directly in front of the door. Really? I said something to the front desk, not to be a "Karen," but because there are indeed real disabled members that work out here. Oh... and it's uhhhh... illegal and just plain disrespectful. He shrugged his shoulders, and totally blew me off. Curl management could really improve on setting some etiquette rules for the members it's getting really out of hand.

They have all the equipment you could need to work every part of the body. The trainers genuinely care and personalize the program to your needs. Plenty of parking. Lockers are available with a code. It's a get-in, workout, get-out gym. There are no people, just hugging machines or standing around. Everyone is usually doing something, and so it motivates me to keep working out. It's never so busy that it gets uncomfortable. I have seen people of all ages, body types, and abilities here. It is a good mix of healthy people. Cons: No showers yet (they are expanding to include showers and a sauna soon) Only two restrooms. (I have never had to wait to use one, but you never know). Overall, this gym is pretty well organized. They offer plenty of trainers of all genders. I believe they also do rehab and physical therapy. There also is someone that comes to do massages. Everyone I have seen here is pretty friendly and polite. I have been training with Laura, and in the past three weeks, she took me from 0 pull-ups to 20 chin-ups, 1:20 plank to 3:30, and 15 push-ups to 42 in 2mins, and my strength overall has increased. I've been to just about every 24 Hour Fitness around Orange County over the years -- South Coast, Fountain Valley, Irvine, Santa Ana, MainPlace, Bristol, Huntington Beach, and more -- and this location has ended up being the one I consistently come back to. The biggest reason is honestly the convenience and the community. It's only a few minutes from my house, I know a lot of the regulars and staff, and after this many years it starts to feel more like a familiar routine than just another gym. Brandon and the management team have always been good, and the staff overall does a solid job keeping things moving. The remodel definitely improved the gym and made the layout more user-friendly. Equipment access feels better than it used to, and overall it's cleaner and more functional than a lot of other big box gyms in the area. That said, I do think they could have taken the renovation further. Adding recovery-focused amenities like red light therapy, cold plunges, or upgraded wellness features would have made a huge difference and helped modernize the experience. I'm also not thrilled that towels disappeared while membership prices somehow continue going up year after year. I've been a member for a very long time, and it does get frustrating watching the price steadily increase without really feeling like long-term members get much back in return. Still, for the price point, it's honestly a pretty good gym. It's not an ultra-luxury executive fitness club, but you generally get solid value for what you pay for. I relocated some years ago and I have struggled to find a gym that compares. Before you get to the gym, just know you're likely going to have trouble finding parking. This is a shared lot and it is busy from early am to late. Now for the gym, I don't love the setup here. It's a bit choppy for someone looking to do split days such as back and bicep or chest and tricep or even quad or ham days. You'll find some equipment up stairs and some downstairs, which makes the workout not flow. You tend to lose your momentum with the way the set up is. There's lots of equipment, but it does not matter what day or time you go, it's all super busy. The wait for equipment is slow. Secondly, the people standing around just chatting in groups like the gym is social time makes it harder to get in your workout. Many of those same people working out in slides or some other form of inappropriate shoe. For those looking to get a consistent burn it's very challenging waiting on those conversations to end so the equipment is freed up. Overall, the gym lacks good repair and cleanliness. Generally, there is thick dust throughout caked on machines and equipment. Free weights are not stacked together nor in their correct place. The clips on many pieces of equipment are either not compatible to certain straps or are missing. If you are on the shorter side this is another challenging aspect because equipment; like the lat pull downs, won't reach when you sit down. You'll need to invest in your own. I suggest the large sturdy metals ones, 4 inch. I have never used the pool, fitness rooms, and locker/restrooms. I can't provide much feedback there. I've had an experience with the manager that was unexpected and I was left a bit disheartened due to the lack of truthfulness and follow up. I was left thinking my membership was on hold, but it wasn't and I lost two months of working out. In summary, I have had an aversion to working out here as I have difficulty seeing it as my new home gym. My membership will run out in a couple of months and I have already started looking for another gym! I recommend shopping around and trying free gym memberships until you find one that feels like your home gym.

The new shower products are an upgrade from the old ones. The reason my rating is low; The main issue I have here is that I frequently see people taking selfies in the locker room. I used to complain about it, but management doesn't seem to do anything. I get an email that it's serious or a phone call and I appreciate it, but nothing seems to happen. Just today, I went through the locker room to go to the party that the gym was having, and I saw a girl taking selfies in the locker room. Other women were changing there, so it wasn't like she was all alone. It's super easy to get photos of people changing in the background. I have easily seen people taking selfies in the locker room at least a dozen of times in the last couple years. We change there. We don't have our clothes on. Why is it okay to take a photo? Even if you aren't intending to photograph others, which most people aren't, people can easily show up in the background. It makes me so uncomfortable. I avoid changing in the locker room now, or if I do, I try to hide in the back. Changing in the bathroom stalls isn't easy because things can fall into the toilet and changing in the shower is wet and the showers sometimes get crowded. It has decreased how much I value this gym, and I am hesitant to recommend it to others. I pay a lot for the gym and amenities, but if I have to constantly look over my shoulder, it ruins the experience. And when I do shower here, I have to bring clothes I can immediately change into in the shower to minimize walking around undressed in case someone decides to take a selfie and I happen to be in the reflection in the mirror. This also limits my ability to do stuff in the locker room like put lotion on. If I complain, I feel l get labeled as a "Karen". Staff doesn't seem to care. People get upset if you talk to them, and I shouldn't have to. I get emails from management that they take this seriously, but if they did they could at least put prominent signs on the mirrors in the locker rooms or have staff members remind women in the locker room not to take photos.
