The Holy Spirit led me to leave this review today after being a member since December 2025. I praise God for how He is using Mark and Kat to help people become more physically healthy while also introducing them to what matters most--Jesus Christ. Their commitment to honoring the Lord through their business is evident. The facility is always well-stocked, the equipment is organized (unlike many public gyms), and everything is consistently clean and well maintained. It's a welcoming environment where excellence and care are clearly a priority. I truly believe the Lord will continue to bless Mark and Kat, both in their business and in their family, because of their faithfulness and obedience to Him. The Scripture that comes to mind is Psalm 37:5: "Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him, and He will help you." May the Lord Jesus Christ continue to increase your influence, bless your work, and grant you favor as you faithfully walk in obedience to Him. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Alyssa. She is awesome! From day one, she has been organized and intentional with every workout. You can tell she actually plans everything out instead of just winging it. What I appreciate most is how thoroughly she explains things. I would like to share my three week review of Elv8 Performance. The gym is set away from the busy streets. I really like that it feels calm and not surrounded by traffic. From the start Seraphina at the front desk and Bryant the trainer have been so welcoming. I am usually shy when it comes to using weights, but Bryant made me feel comfortable asking questions and turned my workouts into something fun. He challenged me and I was surprised at how much weight I could actually handle. The members are friendly and respectful. I'm a newer member at Elev8 Performance Gym and switching from a public/commercial gym to this facility has honestly been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness. Right away you notice the difference in quality and atmosphere. The gym has a huge range of equipment, so whether you're lifting heavy, focusing on functional training, or just trying to get a solid workout in, everything you need is there. It never feels overcrowded like typical public gyms, and the layout makes it easy to move between exercises without feeling cramped. What really stands out though is the staff. The gym is just the right size where you aren't standing around waiting for machines, but you're also able to get to know other members and the staff. Just signed up at Elev8 in January and started attending the group classes with Alyssa Mon/Wed/Fri. She's the absolute BEST!!!! I've been out of the gym for a few years, and she's made me feel super comfortable jumping back into the swing of things. I started coming to Elev8 at the tail end of 2025 with zero experience in a gym, let alone strength training. I was very hesitant because of the preconceived notion of gyms and trainers as being mean and down putting. Well, my preconceived notions have been washed away by this place. Michael set me up on a membership plan and I didn't feel forced into it- which was important to me. I have been training with Bryant mostly and let me just say- that man knows how to WORK YOU! ...in the best possible way. He pushes me but also listens to my concerns with potential injuries and gives alternative exercises if I can't do something. I can feel myself getting stronger and it's only been a few weeks. Alyssa is also great. She listens well and explains where I should be feeling certain exercises- which is important to me because I've struggled with this my whole life when it came to my dancing. Bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, functional training, anything and everything in between. Great amenities too, red light sauna, cold plunge, compression boots, percussion massage guns, alkaline water on tap, and even a shower. The member coordinators will know your name, all the trainers here are super friendly, even the members that come here are different too compared to a commercial gym. I joined Elev8 to take their small-group training, and it was a great addition to my regimen. The trainers are knowledgeable, professional--yet fun--and the programming is excellent for someone like me who doesn't want to constantly think about what exercises to perform, how many reps to do, etc. They take the guesswork out of exercising and are always monitoring your form, not only so that you're engaging the appropriate muscles, but to prevent injury as well. As someone who doesn't like going to the gym, I am so happy I found Daniel Munguia, my personal trainer, at Elev8 Performance. I started this journey early this year as I found myself needing strength training. Daniel has been very patient in teaching me the right forms to strengthen my muscles and is always attentive to make sure I am not hurting myself inadvertently. He always encourages me as well-- so much so that now, i go 1-2 times a week in addition to the personal training sessions with him, something i NEVER thought I would do on my own.
