I have tried everything my doctor has prescribed me from differn to doxycycline. I have tried every over the counter medicine imaginable including proactive. Using other products I never had any results. Or if I did they would only last for a few days then my skin would break out again. I am about 20 days in to the program and my skin is already night and day different. My initial consultation was wonderful. It is a great experience to have someone personally tailor a skin care routine to your needs. There are a ton of different products she has available and she will recommend what will work best for you. I am using the face reality products and I am very pleased. If you take her advice, stay away from certain foods and chemicals, and stick to the morning and evening routine you will see results. I have literally tried everything for years and my skin has never looked better than it does now. *** UPDATE*** I have been going to see Karin monthly now for a year. My acne is GONE!! I occasional get hormonal breakout (influenced by that time of the month) and seeing her monthly is more enjoyable now. My skin continues to improve and my breakouts are less and less severe. Healing can take time but if you want results Karin has a solution.

Well I can tell you that Shannon at Clear Skin America is the real deal! I booked an hour for my face and an hour for my back. After the cleanse, exfoliating peel, extractions (not for the faint of heart) and massage, my back is 100% cleared and my chin about 80%. Now I'm on a monthly schedule with her. Shannon isn't chatty, she answers questions and she doesn't rush but gets down to business. She doesn't push product but might make a recommendation. She's amazing and I'm so glad I found her here! Book your appointment with Shannon, you won't regret it.

I'm still a month or more away from the full result, but at 2.5 weeks it already looks amazing. I look refreshed and rejuvenated, like the absolute most flattering photo of me with perfect lighting, but in person. The atmosphere here is really great. While it's super clean, upscale, and professional, it's not overly bougie in the offputting way. Everyone's really nice, the receptionist remembered my name when I came back for a touch-up (and also braved the Nespresso robot so I could have a coffee that I accidentally left behind after one sip lol). Jenna is very professional but there's something in her approach that's really down-to-earth and reassuring, even when she's explaining a bunch of really technical shit (which she does very clearly) All in all just a great experience, I get terrible nerves in situations like this but everyone here was so nice, it really chilled me out.

When a friend brought up Starlit in a conversation, he was so insistent that I meet her that he ended up buying me a gift certificate for a facial. He was right; I was blown away by the entire experience. In just a few minutes after meeting her, I felt I'd met a new friend. When I left I felt about ten years younger, peaceful and uplifted. Her space, which she told me was lovingly custom-built by her husband on their property, is like entering a different, beautiful world that you don't want to leave. I've been back a couple of times and am looking forward to my next whole-body treatment next month. I always enjoy finding special businesses whose owners are deeply passionate about and exceptional at what they do. (Thanks, Starlit!)

I'm always a bit nervous going to someone I've never gone to before but based on her reviews I decided to go. She seeeemed to be taking off more than she originally said but she didn't say anything so I thought maybe they were just the baby hairs that are hard to see but are still there. Once she was done & I looked in the mirror I just literally didn't know what to say. She goes "oh for your face you should have thinner brows; thick ones don't look good on you." I've never had someone tell me how my eyebrows should look & be totally wrong -- especially after I specifically said how I wanted them. Most people always compliment my shape & are envious that I have the brow that most people strive for but never achieve. I'm literally in tears as I'm trying to fill in my brows to give them the shape I've worked so hard to have. Worst of all; I'm in my best friend wedding in a month & I'm extremely worried that they won't grow back in enough to be what I am used to & what ACTUALLY looks good on my face. Posting a picture of what my eyebrows SHOULD look like vs what I GOT today. Please note in the after photo this is also after I have filled them in due to them being SUPER patchy as well as the shape totally messed up.

In fact, I hate this but 9 times out of 10, I just fall asleep in the middle of my treatment. She is great fun to talk to! Also, Christine never pushes product on me ever.
