I've been getting my lashes done here for a while now and I recommend this place to all my friends…read more They now have UV lash glue, and the difference is SO noticeable -- appointments are faster and my eyes feel way less irritated compared to regular lash glue. The retention has also been amazing. My lashes stay fluffy and full longer, and I've noticed little to no stickiness/fumes during the appointment which makes the whole experience way more comfortable (my fav nap). If you have sensitive eyes or hate that burning/watery-eye feeling from traditional lash extensions, UV lashes are honestly a game changer. On top of that, everyone here is so sweet, professional, and detail-oriented. The space is clean, relaxing, and they always make sure the lashes fit the look I want. Highly recommend if you've been curious about trying UV lash extensions or just want a more comfortable lash experience overall!

My esthetician cleaned out all my clogged pores so well, and she did it gently--no marks or redness afterward. My skin looked so much better afterward. I've been in for one appointment with the $75 laser facial promotion…read more The point of these promotions is to sell you on a membership which runs about $150-350 a month. So get ready for your time there to be filled with information on their services and the consultation to make you feel like you're already buying something. It's a little pushy but their pricing seems reasonable so far and it also means they want to answer questions and help you make a decision that fits for you. The laser facial was helpful in keeping some of my acne from getting reinfected. I'm also hopeful going back will help reduce some of the scarring on my face as well. I did end up getting the middle range membership so we will see how it goes but so far I think it's a good option for people with a busy schedule who need a little extra help maintaining skin.

10/18/25 Review update…read more Business manager Ryan V. didn't contact me. It is to throw off people to think they really are following up when they don't have a care whatsoever. I contacted them twice. The second time, I asked directly for the location manager, Victoria because apparently another staff failed to relay my message. Another whatever attitude. As a customer, I didn't feel I got the whole treatment. We further talked about pulse count vs the duration of the treatment because I felt what was explained above. They were not able to release information the pulse count. They will not refund nor consider feedback regarding their unsatisfactory of treatment service. I think a lot of the time was wasted for my appointment when the main purpose customers go there is for proper treatment. Just beware, (whatever marked $) promo for their $275 signature isn't all that truthful. Definitely not world $275. Ask around other places and they will tell you it will be 15-60 minutes long treatment. Nothing shy of that.

I've always been hesitant to go to a medspa because of what I've read and heard about how pushy some businesses can be with new clients. I also felt intimidated that I would be talked down to because I have only researched treatments and have had no prior experience. I'm really thankful to say that my experience at Skin Refine Medspa has been extremely positive. I felt seen, heard and understood. Most of all I felt safe! I've been going to Skin Refine since January of last year and I absolutely loved my experience so much, I've been returning since and recommending them to my friends! In fact, I just went in today and felt confident to schedule a new treatment for myself. Thank you to the Skin Refine staff for making me feel safe and secure in my own skin. I am grateful for the ability to ask questions without committing to anything until I'm ready. I feel beautiful and so happy with my results!

Maryam has been incredible as my provider for fraxel laser, microneedling, and RHA redensity treatments. I've also received diamondglows here. It's a great refresher for your face. Maryam also provided tips on maximizing results and always takes your opinion in her recommendations. Altogether, my face has vastly improved. You can argue the treatments are pricy, but buying packages will get you a discount. I just think that's how the industry works so always get packages if you can. This place has a variety of treatment options, though they don't offer something like subcision, which is a more-involved procedure. But I'll just get that somewhere else and continue to come here for other treatments. Of course, they've recommended fillers and such for me. Rha redensity is like one. But they've been respectful that I prefer treatments like fraxel laser and such. There is a reason why they recommend filler though, because it does show faster results than others. The rha redensity provided the most improvement in a shorter time. They also have the skincare you need to purchase with ease. You're going to say those are expensive but they're not selling you products like La mer cream for $400. There is a parking lot, and there's always been space when I went, but the traffic getting there can be a bit much. All in all, I recommend doing at least one treatment here to see how you like it. You can also visit their instagram to see other's results. You might even see mine!

My skin looked super glowy afterward, and the extractions were excellent. However, I did find the price point quite high, especially since I'd expect that level of pricing from a larger, more luxurious salon that offers extra amenities like coffee or a fancy atmosphere. Since this is a smaller unit within a building with other small businesses, like nails or hair, I felt like the price was a bit steep for what's offered.
