Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and the technician let me know when he was on the way. My issue was a dead circuit board in my 20 year old garage door opener. The tech went over the replacement options along with clear and upfront pricing. Once I decided, he was able to do the install right away! While he was there he went ahead and gave my other garage a tune-up as well. Both doors are quieter and smoother than they have ever been. It's actually kind of amazing how much better they are now. Lonnie took my call, answered all my questions, and quoted me a fair price based on what other such installations have cost. A month later I called them and scheduled the installation. (Needed to get some electrical work done first.) When Adam arrived he did some quick measurements based on how the garage doors opened and informed me that the track for the belt drive openers wouldn't fit since I had such a low ceiling. He took photos and discussed it with Nick, the Service Manager. After some serious discussions a solution was found and thanks to the exceptional team of Adam, Nick, and Lonnie I now have excellent garage door openers and an answer why previous owners never installed them. I waited 9 months to post this review mostly to make sure I wasn't just writing in anger. good things -Nate is a nice guy and so is his wife -calls and emails returned quickly not so good things -custom $4000 window took more than 12 weeks from ProVia -window was built wrong - ordered incorrectly -needed corrections -installation - they took all of my old rotted brick mould and tried to cut it up and piece it together with caulking - it looked like a three old did it (I made them replace with all new brick mould - I should not have had to ask for this) -J channel moulding not replaced - I was never even asked about this - new $4000 should come with a new J channel (at least ask me) -inside mouldings not painted - if I knew this in advance I would have used someone else -no accountability, Nate talks a big line but end of the day does not hold himself or his company accountable for excellence outcome -after this experience, I ordered a new $14,000 door from ProVia and used someone else, the other company did an amazing job and exceeded all expectations. I suggest you do the same I will be buying $30,000 of brand new windows for my house this week. Writing a check to pay in full. 23 windows. I wont be using Nate or Meyer Windows.

Called AE Doors and they were here in just 2 days. (A neighbor had garage door problems and whoever he called, took 3 weeks to get there.) Service rep showed up on the arranged time, inspected the whole door, saw the problem (crack starting in one of the panels) explained the solution, adding a support bar. Installed in a matter of minutes, tested it multiple times, no problems. Inspected the rails and hinges again, lubed everything. Door now opens like new, nice and smooth and quiet. about a month or more ago i called A E DOOR i explained in detail i needed the exterior and…read moreinterior pads replaced on my garage door opener...everything else was fine, no issues except the pads for opening and closing the garage door...i spoke to a guy named TRAVIS, he set up a tech who came to my house and began unloading replacement equipment for rails, motors, chains, etc., all the stuff i DIDN"T need...once i explained what i needed he told me the "office didn't tell me that" then he turned his attention to what i needed fixed...after a couple of questions he asked if i had changed the battery in the exterior pad to which i confirmed i had but it was several months ago...he then took it apart, i had a battery nearby which he inserted into the mechanism and we tried it, prior to that it was working, just a pain because you had to insert your code multiple times far too often...afterr he inserted the new battery there was nothing lighting up so i took it apart and found out he had bent one of the connections rendering it useless and broken...so now i have an exterior opener that won't work at all...the tech says he'll contact the office to see if they could replace it, that someone would notify me when they knew more...then TRAVIS tells me they don't handle that brand and i'll have to look online to see if i can find one...thats not my job, its their responsibility to replace what they broke, if they don't handle that brand its on them to replace it...so i call TRAVIS again and leave a message, i was ghosted, TRAVIS doesn't respond... so there is no response from anyone at A E DOOR, they broke my opener and now they do nothing...so i'd like everyone to know what A E DOOR can do for you, basically break your equipment then do zero about it...i caution everyone fro doing business with these people unless you want to be treated like that...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

They sell an upgraded version of the Alside Mezzo…read more You'll probably find some folks talk trash the Mezzo, but these are not the same ones that Alside initially released in 2014. The frame had been strengthened and RWT specifically upgraded the spacer in between panes for better insulation as well as added foam insulation in two sections inside the frames. The windows we chose were what RWT called Proline 2200. In any case, RWT does not use subcontractors (very important) who get paid by the job. What this means is that RWT would not rush a job just so they can fit more jobs in a day to get paid more. The technicians who came to install our windows were meticulous and very respectful of our home. The install went smoothly and they left no debris. They do not consider a job finished until all flawless windows are installed and would not request payment until then. In our case, one of our windows had a crack during the shipping process and RWT asked the manufacturer to send a replacement. They did not ask for us to pay until everything was amended. We'd definitely come back to RWT for our other window replacements over the next few years.

I told him from the very beginning that I was a disabled Veteran with limited income and that was my concern the cost. I couldn't afford it Logan said since it was damage from the wind and hail storm wole had just had that my insurance should cover the damage repair. He inspected & took pics & help me start a claim. After the adjustors came out from from USSA they gave an estimate. I told him that I had a limited income and couldn't afford to pay out of pocket the deductible amount of $2000 I could not afford that out of pocket expense. Logan agreed they would take that off the amount Logan agreed that I would only pay the amount minus the deductible. I told him I asked for the paperwork for the quote Logan said it would be sent to me so I agreed. After that this was about a week after the insurance company had approved claim the roofers came they brought a dumpster and it took a day to finish most of the roof. They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing sharp. When I went to look there was a part missing shingles & a spot right near the porch I took pictures of it & contacted Logan. Logan stopped answering directly. Shannon did his brother Said they would be out to fix it they did a few days later. Shannon said could they get a payment I again asked for the written quote and he said that his girlfriend who is the office manager was sending it out. He asked for a payment and I gave him a bank cheque for $9000. The next week foreman to start the siding while I wasn't home he pulled back a portion of the siding was pulled back & they found no board or insulation. The builders built the house without it. I was shocked when Shannon called & told me this. He told me that they would reach out to USAA. A few day later he called me saying they wouldn't cover it it was going to be $3000 extra that my policy didn't allow for that. I told him I don't have that. They had already bought the siding which was sitting in my driveway prior to me finding out that I had no board or insulation I wanted to walk away right then because he lied because trust had been broken. I made sure that I texted to have a record and took videos and pictures. I asked him what kind of boards were needed he told me and I went to look online for them myself. Found them for much cheaper than I was told at home depot. I called him after USAA said they would cover it. I nearly maxed my card. After that I bought the board for roughly $600 not $3000 I was told by Shannon plus the box of nails and tarps to cover and go under to protect them. I called him after I had them delivered and said I had bought the board. He proceeded to tell me how they had to go back and for with the insurance company. However USAA had already contacted me letting me know that my policy covered that provision. They started a few days later. I was told by my neighbor they had used their electric for their equipment. I apologized I thought they would have their own like the roofers did. They also had left my water on. I found out after coming home from my brothers. The board were uncovered. They had leaned item against my neighbors house, destroyed their rare flower on the side of the house and trash and debris was everywhere. I had my nephew move the items leaning against my neighbors house. We also bagged up the scattered trash some nine bags with my garbage bags. I took videos and pictures after this happened multiple days I called and texted Logan and Shannon about this also. I leave right next to a nature preserve I was worried about the siding being off and nothing covering it leave it open to the rain and rodents. He said the would take of $150 for the water. Which mind you over the next 8 weeks would be left on all the time. They started leaving trash & construction debris everywhere. Leaning equipment, materials & trash against my neighbors house. Board uncovered my home exposed nephews, other family. They also used my outdoor outlet for my stairlift they unplugged& broke it had to call the VA for a repair& was without my lift. Which I needed.
