They were clean and tidy and professional the whole time and were in and out like clockwork even after some additional work was requested once they were on site. I knew the last-minute change might not be possible, but they accommodated it without any fuss which I recognize is not always possible, but they managed to work it out even staying a little later to accomplish it knowing I only had one day on site to do so, while being professional about the additional charges ... no gouging and a fair price for the service rented. The previous reviews encouraged me to contact this company. I was able to arrange the appointment at my convenience. I was also sent a text message with a picture of the technicians that were coming to my home. They confirmed their arrival time and were prompt. The areas that required extra attention were first scrubbed, the steam cleaning was very effective. No up charges, or trying to sell me additional services.
